Whet in yesterday afternoon about about 1:30 PM had horrible customer service 3 young guys working they were very rude we're laughing at us and I asked what size is the small and I touched the bottom of the small cup which was sitting upside down on the counter and because I touch the bottom of it with my finger the guy grabbed it and threw it in the trash right in front of me, like if I it had so much germs on me... that was absolutely horrible and rude then my then my daughter asked nicely which one was the bananarama and he said .... "I wrote it on the cup!!" Again said it very sarcastic ly and rudely! We will never go there again! We will stick to the other nearby smoothie places!
It's really sad when you come to give your hard earned money that all you want is to treat yourself to something , and then you enter the establishment and your treated as if your bothering them , rolling eyes, and no thank you at all. Owner beware if this is what you have working in your establishment your soon to see your profits dwindle because I will not return and word of mouth is not your friend. Your people you hire should treat your customers with courtesy and not as if we're there to ruin there day. So sad but this is what is out there to run our restaurant, diners , ECT......what happened to our loyal employees that respect the fact they have a job, and if there not happy go somewhere else or build your own business and see how hard the business is when it's yours.

I love going to this Keva Juice the service here is great! The staff is so friendly and always have smiles to give as they are preparing your order. It is so clean and sanitized. The only thing I have to say is it is HOT in the store while I wait for my order I feel like I am in a sauna. I feel so bad for the staff they have hours to work and they look so hot red faces, but they still give a smile. So hopefully managers and store owners will see this and cool their staff down.
Things are hard enough during the pandemic, but to be running a business under strict guidelines that completely inconvenience your day to day operations it can be very easy to lose sight of the little things. However; not this store owner or manager, today while on my way to pick up my daughter from school I made a quick stop for some cold drinks. While I forced to wait outside due to the covid limit have been reached inside the store, either the manager or store owner parked to unload her vehicle with new supplies for the store and with her hands full I opened and held the door for her to carry in her equipment. This took place maybe 3 times simply because it is the right thing to do for a lady and someone with their hands full. In return she did something completely unexpected and unnecessary. If you’re reading this, you left before I had an opportunity to thank you. I understand that you’re probably a busy business woman, so I hope this is thank you enough and displays my appreciation for your human kindness. Compliments to your success and keep up your work
Love the juice BUT no product consistency. 1 minute its good and sweet, but next time the Mellow Mango is bitter.
