If I could give this Keva location less than a one star, I would. Horrible customer service. Staff is rude and could care less about customers. I shouldn't be surprised since the manager, Lorraine, has the same attitude. Staff follow their managers, even their bad ones. Your smoothies are good but you staff, especially the manager at this location, needs major improvement! I will never go back to this location. Hey Keva, get a new manager and maybe things could turn around!!!
Went in there with my daughters and they 2 girls working there were very rude and made our drinks incorrect. I only know this because we get the same drinks every time we go to keva and the drinks to were made in a rush and to tasted horrible. The one wearing a black shirt and glasses was giving dirty looks the whole time. Definitely won't be back to this location. Time to go to Boba where the employees are nice and curtious
I frequently go to the Keva Juice on Academy but was in the area to go to this one off of Paseo....the employee's were more interested in going to the back and getting on their cell phones then they were taking our orders....poor service!
My daughter & I enjoy their smoothies & their Acai bowls are tasty.
Best service at this location AND found out they do military discounts when other locations said they did not. Young lady working was very informative & helpful. She also seemed happy to be working there.
The Keva concoctionaires looked overwhelmed with 6 in front of me and 8 behind. These 2 individuals apologize for the long wait with a warm smile. Very professional individuals... and the Keva juice was excellent!
