I used to come here at least twice a week.They are under new management.I don't like the way the drinks are made or the attitude that comes with it.She is rude and adds too much ice to everything making it too thick and flavorless.I asked for a drink carrier after waiting almost 30 mins for my order.She snapped at me and said "I am doing too many things and give me a second."After waiting that long and she is going to give ME attitude?! Will not be returning to this location
I wish I could give them 0 stars! Such unfriendly people, I had ordered online and called to see if they could make them for me later since I had an emergency. When I came to pick them up they gave me hot, water down juices. I understand that I was late to pick them up so I smiled and said thank you. The girl handed the juice to me very annoyed and said aha. I smiled and she rolled her eyes at me.
On a good day you can walk in and get your products in less than 10 mins. On a bad day it'll take over 40 mins as they must do phone orders first.
Ordered two dragon smoothies. Worker was friendly but my smoothie wasn’t blended all the way and fruit didn’t taste fresh very tasteless he added too much ice so my drink was chunky and full off chunks of fruit I couldn’t even drink it through my straw. On top of that we were given cups with a lid that didn’t fit and my smoothie was leaking everywhere. Won’t be returning to this location
DO NOT GET A SMOOTHIE BOWL HERE. Theemployees were helpful and refunded me rightaway, but do not get an acai bowl here. The bowlwas watery, "granola" was like mushy crumbs,and the fruit on top was not fresh at all... it wasin syrup almost like what you'd get at the fair.Super bitter and fake tasting. Probably the worstsmoothie bowl I've ever had in my life. (Again,not the falt of the employees... just makingthem how they're instructed.) I've had a coupledecent smoothies at Keva before but l'm notsure if I really trust the quality of the ingredientsanymore.
ZERO STARS!!Paying customers deserve to be acknowledged. How hard is it to greet the customers.Also, I was charged extra but the employees wouldn't tell me why and refused to give me a receipt.Absolutely no customer service skills from any of the 3 girls working on July 2, 2021 at 2pm.
fake, not fresh ingredients, but fruits come in sugary syrop like the ones in ice cream shop, definately not healthy, and not tasty. threw it away.
