I order two 40 dollar subs wit extra meat and my whole order was rong no extra meat no veggies so I called to let them now about my order manager told me he would replace my subs I was not looking to get free food either he offered so I expected cus I paid 40 dollars for 2 subs plus I0 $ of gas 50 bucks in total for my order to be rong not fair so I went back ne t day to get my replacement subs and he charged me agin 20 dollars when manager told me he would replace so he lied not good service he said he could do one sub... why if I paid for 2 subs never agin not worth my gas or money
I keep giving this place a chance...im done. We ordered 3 sandwiches. The bread was so hard! I'm from Jersey..what an embarassment. My job spends tons of money here getting lunches catered..not anymore! I called to complain..the music in the background was so loud I could barely hear the unsympathetic apology.
This used to be our go to Jersey Mike’s. After todays visit, not so much. While these may be just small piddly things, it all makes a difference in experience. I ordered a #17, it was missing any type of seasoning, just some grilled meat and vegetables. They were also having a store meeting at the time and all the employees seemed to be parked right by the doors. Not sure how others run their business but my employees don’t park where customers are supposed to be. The soda machine was also out, when we asked about getting the syrup changed we were told they are all in a meeting and we’d have to wait. Once again, these are just personal observations, yet it seems to me customers are why you have employees and a business. Just my .02, and a very relevant sign of the times.
I stopped here about in February to get a sandwich and was sorely disappointed. The lunch rush was over but the staff were moving pretty slow. It took about 10 minutes or so between ordering and actually receiving the sandwich. The main problem came while the sandwich was being sliced before it was wrapped and bagged. They were clearly using a dirty knife to slice multiple sandwiches from different orders meaning if there was mustard on one, then it was spread to yours whether you ordered it or not. The other problem was I ordered mine with no veggies with mayo and they slathered on a trowel load of mayo. It was completely unappetizing and ruined what should have been a pleasant meal. I won't be back or recommending this place to anyone .
Bread is stale always stale!!! stay away!!! I have tried several times thinking it was bad timing. They don't care at all!

Lawrence is one heck of an employee who deserves a raise. He accommodated me because I had to wait for the bread I wanted (fresh bread - yes please. I’ll gladly wait). This young man is polite, friendly, professional, and is good at what he does. They were busy in there, but both him and the other employee (his boss) were polite to each guest by welcoming them in and just being all around friendly and professional. Also, killer playlist they had going on. Brought me back to high school days. I’ll be going here more often.
They have amazing customer servic here! I ordered a roast beef sandwich, but didn't realize the meat was raw. I can't eat it because I'm pregnant so they remade my sandwich and apologized to me! They were so nice and consider and I will definitely be going back. The made a turkey and provolone mikes way and it was so delicious!
Wanted to give 5 stars, but I wish staff would listen to the customers more carefully, too much confusion, had to make multiple corrections and I never got to put in my rewards.
Good subs and very nice staff. Went on the recommendation that they are way better than Subway. Disagree wholeheartedly. Could tell no discernable difference.
Stop serving day old stale bread!!! It's gross! I am not thrilled when I go buy a sandwhich pay full price and get hard crunchy stale bread. If that's what your going to serve I shouldn't have to pay full price. There are far cheaper sandwhich places that will serve fresh bread daily. I especially don't like being lied to when I ask if the bread is fresh today and I am told yes. ? So stale when you bite into it the bread literally falls apart in crumbles!
