I don't want to rate this store too negatively because it isn't the employees fault. Its upper management I presume. Today was the "Day of giving" where 100% of the proceeds go to the Special Olympics. I understand wanting to do Fundraisers but make sure you are equipped for it. My friend and I put our order in at 12 and 1230. My sub was a mini, of all things. We did not receive our sandwich until 2PM. 1 and a half to 2 hour wait is INSAAAAAAANE. They had all of the empty bags on the counter with names on it but were focused on drive-thru and walk ins more. The staff looked panicked, stressed, overworked. Lunch rush is usually pretty bad and today was magnified 10x.Maybe next fundraiser day, don't allow people to use the app to online order if the wait is going to be an hour beyond the ready time.

-star - I love your food but service was horrible (lost orders and misorders and mind you we walked in) and manager was worse. Cussing and yelling at staff and customers should never be acceptable. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. To the owner of this store: it's important to have good people to represent your business. We took our group and will probably not return to this store.?

As i was waiting for my order i noticed the manager snapping in the employees face. I have no idea what his name is but i think he should be terminated for treating his employees as such. i only came back to this location because i work close by, last time i was here i heard him speaking foul about another worker there. there should be no such negativity in a workplace that’s SUPPOSED to have good customer service.

I’m not happy with my visit today, even though I live closer to another Jersey mikes I always go to this one it’s always good but today was a different story, I placed my order via the app per usual and when I got there they told me they were out of tuna so I ordered another sandwich my pickup time was 12:16 it was now 1:00 and I watched ppl walk in order and walk out with their food before I got mine not only was the service slow one of the employees was extremely rude and when I got home 2 of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. I didn’t bother to call because I wasn’t going to drive all the way back over there but probably won’t visit this location again

Michael was an amazing help made my sandwich with love and was a great lunch! The environment is happy and outgoing walking in! Will definitely be back to enjoy the personalities and great subs!!

For the price I should have got a full meal, but a reg sandwich and bag of chips 17.00 and the texture of the meat resembled what I think canned cat food would taste like

I felt that my order didn't get taken care of I had placed an order for a combo I only got the sandwich was charged twice. I think that the young man who was working the drive-thru was young and inexperienced and just didn't really pay attention. The sandwich itself was good A little thin on the meat

My jersey Mike's chipotle steak was excellent. The two young ladies and the young man cooking were very professional. They had a bus load of boys get there a little before me,but my order was made quickly. I would definitely go back.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. It took 30 minutes in the drivethru, after 15 of waiting to be acknowledged in the first place. Then, after ordering they gave me the complete wrong sandwich. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and was given a cold Turkey sub. I don’t know how they could have made that mistake, or not at least clarified first but it’s unacceptable. I’d have been more ok with the wait time if I’d at least gotten the food I had ordered. This was at 2:00 in the afternoon with no other cars in the drive thru and only a few people inside.

Visit was not good today. They were busy, it's true, but they also had plenty of staff. I did my part - stood in line and waited patiently to be asked what I wanted. Got all the way to the register before they figured out that no one had taken my order... I go there all the time and l know the drill, the employees should too.
