Service issue, long line only to be told they were closed due to short staff. The time was 9:44pm, posted closing time for dt was 11pm. Should have turned the menu board lights OFF. One lane drive thru...could not get around with vehicles in front and in back so I exited my vehicle to let the others behind me know, that way we were all set to back our arzz up and out?
This Jack in the Box has been the most well rounded and convenient fast food place I’ve visited in Albuquerque. It’s the go to place for my family when we just don’t feel like cooking. Our favorite items include the nacho tiny tacos, sourdough jacks, and the chicken fajita pitas! There is always something new to order and it never gets repetitive or boring, I’m guilty of going there 3 times in one week. The food tastes fresh and delicious and I know I can count on that being the case with every visit. There is hardly ever a line and when there is, it moves quickly, thanks to their efficient workers I know I can get my food quickly, especially when I’m in a time crunch. Great fast food experience all around!
Okay, old habits die hard. I've eaten at Jack in the Box since the 70's. Several things are done just right at JitB, breakfast anytime of day, the Sourdough Jack, and creamy shakes for a start. I live on the East coast, so for me JitB is a treat. I'm just happy Jack is there when I travel out West. Jack is always a stop and will continue to be whenever I am there
The food was good and the service was good, however I ordered a courtesy water just because I was thirsty and I looked at my receipt and was charged for a soft drink.
Jalapeno peppers such don't get them you won't eat them taste old shakes are good tho
Got two bugurs and they where dryer then dry and the most nasty thing I have ever tried. Who messes up on the most easiest thing ever to make. U literally just have to pull out a pre made party and cook it .. You had one job and your failed. I took one bite and spit it out how could you serve that to a customer .. I. Can literally use my meat as a weapon . so disappointed I recommend not to go to this jack in the box until they get some new cooks who know what the he'll they are doing or train your workers on how to make the easiest thing ever to make. Your lucky I live in Edgewood NM or else I would go throw this sorry of excuses birgurs on your face
Food was great, fries were still crunchy when we got them home and our order was accurate
A kind staff, nice prices and delicious food, definitely worth the cost. Love the variety of different foods at one place.
Had to get my breakfast jack fix ?Coffee needs at least 8 packs of sugar to be drinkable but isn't it always that way with fast food? Besides if you're that picky about coffee, Starbucks is practically next door to this place.
