their food is delicious, I could personally say that it is the best I have ever tasted
Everything was delicious and our waitress was so much fun and awesome. Didn’t catch her name but she was great. The gal taking our order was wonderful as well. Pizza was delicious
First time ordering here. Got an order to go, we showed up a bit early and was asked to wait because the food wasn’t ready… which was fine.Waited 20 minutes, only to find out our food was in the warmer for 15 minutes.1 star for lack of attentivenessSucks when you pay 30$ for pizza that gets to sit in a warmer.Won’t be coming back.
This is the sister location of IL VICINO on Central Avenue. I was out running errands and noticed this restaurant and thought I’d try it out to see if it was as good as the Central Avenue location. I am happy to say it was equally as great! The service was very personable and I asked the young lady that served me her name as I thought I should mention how nice she was and quite humorous! Her name is Shanay and she is awesome! I ordered the calzone and added a few ingredients. Very much enjoyed it and found the tomato sauce more to my liking! If you are shopping and no where near downtown, come check out this location as you won’t be disappointed!
Beautiful afternoon on your patio. The service and food was excellent.
Had the number 10 with a gluten- Free crust. So good!! I was so hungry and it was so good that i just forgot to take ok photos! One of the best gluten free pizza crusts in town. UPDATE 5 6 2022... this place is great! This time I'm trying the pizza #13 on a gluten free crust of course. It was fabulous as usual. I love the hot oil on the tables. It's so hood to drizzle over the pizza.
this place was dirty. food and paper all over the floor when we entered. payed and had to add tip at register upon entering. service was horrible. we ordered a piece of lasagna and a hero sandwich. it took 35 minutes to get our food after we had to ask what was taking so long. Manager was obnoxious and very rude. i watched several customers complain about their orders being wrong or not cooked right. he would walk back behind the counter and whisper to his workers and make jokes about the customers complaining. the employees wearing hats on backwards and looking mean at customers. it was a total mistake going here and will not happen again. its a shame because i have been to other El Vicino places and loved every experience there. stay away from this place.
After multiple times at this location, I had to give this place a review! The staff here are always so attentive and friendly, and make sure you have everything you need when dining. We have a habit of getting the same thing every time (it’s just too good to change it up), so pictured is the Alfredo Cheese Pizza, and Alfredo Penne with Extra Sausage. Their spicy oil, “olio picante” is amazing added to their dishes as well, and ads a nice kick. Absolutely the best “Italian” style food we have had so far.
The food here is consistently good. Fresh pizza and the baked pastas are good. The basil lemonade is really good, but I wish they had more tea options than just mango tea. The service is so so. I had to keep getting up to ask for drink refills, so although wait staff are walking around all the time, they don't stop at your table to check unless you call for them. One young man even avoided eye contact. Other than that, food is good and fast and reasonable prices - $13 - $15 for a pizza that feeds at least one person but realistically two.
I have never been disappointed with the traditional style pizza at Il Vicino in Corrales. Consistency is the word that describes the pizza and homemade soup because it is always good. I especially like the gluten free meatball pizza. The outdoor seating adds ambiance to a simple affordable meal. You will leave happy and satisfied.
