I’ve had my order canceled the past 6 times I’ve ordered from them, and they don’t have a phone number to contact anyone at all. Decided to go into the establishment but was rudely told they were closed. Apparently they make up their own hours as they go. I emailed them and didn’t receive a response. Figures. Skip this one for sure, I doubt they’ll be around much longer.
Walked in knowing what I wanted and waited at the cashier spot for 5 minutes with no greeting or acknowledgement I was thereA greeting saying "Hey I'll be right with you after I finish this online order" would go a long way here.Would've waited longer if that was true!
Very tasty treats. Kids and adults agree it is very good. Surprisingly we enjoyed the non dairy flavors more than the ice cream. Fruit roll up and berry mango were loved by all. I really liked the avacado. The kids loved watching the ice cream be made.
After visiting all locations multiple times I have to say this location is horrible! With many of their items they are regularly "out of stock"; but it's hard to truly believe based on the attitude of the person working there. The big issue however, is the guy who works here is rude and regularly closes the store early because he wants to go home. I was here last night and decided to enjoy my ice cream inside. While in the middle of eating he walked over and said I had to leave because he was closing. But according to their site, they were open for another hour. I left anyway but I will not be back! I'd rather drive across town where the staff is nicer!

I’ve been to all the Icicle locations in Albuquerque and the one on Cottonwood is the worst. They’re always out of items, they cut corners with things like not toasting the marshmallows. The worst part is they seem to always close as early as they want despite their google posted hours, we were even asked to leave an hour before closing. We then sat outside eating our ice cream and watched as the open sign remained on and the staff disappeared into the back.
Very good desserts .....something different and very delicious. First time visit. A bit on the pricey side but the taste helps ease the pain in the wallet. One side note ...could benefit from a better visual display of topping options.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Every time I come there is only 1 person working and the j cone machine is always broken. Worst place in town. TAKES 30 minutes to receive the ice cream and are very rude.
Honestly the staff at icicles is always do nice! The ice cream is so amazing!
This place has only one person on staff working her butt off and each order still takes about 10 minutes so youre in for a LONG wait and forced to suffer through terrible and extremely loud metal music. Vibe is all wrong. Very busy when I was here yet not one person stayed to enjoy their order because its awful inside and has dirty walls and tables. Not the employees fault. This is irresponsible business owner and terrible taste. Coldstone is much quicker and far more enjoyable.
