Don't get me wrong their ice cream is great. But if you ever have a problem and MUST speak with a manager - good luck! They only allow customers to "text" them. HOWEVER, they don't even get any messages!
The employees were rude to the kids and were extremely disinterested in their work. They kept on claiming that they were closed, although we showed up at the store 30 minutes before the store officially closed that evening. Despite the door and the sign clearly displaying the “OPEN” sign, the employees claimed that they were closed in a wry manner and made faces towards the kids, making us feel exceptionally unwelcome. We overheard the employees claiming that “this was insane”. We paid before-hand and after paying, they made us wait as they huddled in a different room. After an extend period of time, they claimed that they were out of ingredients that were needed for the ice cream. Finally, after saying that we could come back tomorrow if they were out of stock, they hesitatingly said they might have the ingredients in the back and moodily made the ice cream. After that, we simply asked for lids for the ice cream, and then one of the the employees reluctantly flung them at us. Terrible customer service!

Ice cream was really good and worth the price. "Wake me up" is a really great flavor for coffee and Boba lovers! What I got here is "strawberry fantasy" and it tastes like strawberry cheesecake ? staff was also friendly
Ive been here several time but I have never had an issue until tonight. The ice cream is still really good and have never changed. My issue is with the employee Shannon and her lack of ability to give adequate customer service. She was not rude but she clearly didn't care and was neglectful. In the middle of making my ice cream she was on the phone with her friend she left to go check on her tea. Seeming like we have inconvenienced her. She had her air pods in the entire time and was playing with her apple watch the entire time with gloves on never changing the gloves once. I do understand that she is alone working but that doesn't mean leave what you are doing to check on your stuff. She also didn't wear her mask properly to cover her mouth and NOSE while handling the food. The ice cream was still good and I probably won't come back if I saw her working.
I usually don’t complain about this place been here numerous times but today went to go get some ice cream and there’s a note on the door that says will be back in 15 minutes. So I wait the 15 minutes and nothing. I don’t know how long that sign was already up there for but maybe they should change their hours or pay more to have more reliable employees.
Gourmet ice cream with a weird after taste for 8$ I was in the mood to try some bougie ice cream so a friend and I went to this location with our toddlers. We both had 2 different flavors and felt a weird after taste similar to that of french fries cooked in old oil. We threw ours out and went to Dairy Queen to buy less bougie ice cream. This feels like an isolated incident because the employee was super sweet and it appears this place has a following, however we did not have a nice experience.
The store only had one person working there and they did an awesome job with our orders for six people! I just want to say thank you to them because it's a hard time right now and doing that was very nice of them! Also the order was pretty good I got the All fudge up it was with brownie bite and Cheesecake bite very good!
The ice cream is delicious. The kids love to watch the making of the icicles. Unfortunately they are always understaffed making it a long wait to place an order and then pickup the order. The pressure put on the employees might be why they are not very friendly.
Who doesn't love fresh rolled ice cream! Sometimes there is only one person working so just remember be patient and dont go if your in a hurry! Perfect ice cream takes time?My personal favorite is the bravocado Mmmmmm they also have all the toppings one could want but a roasted marshmallow makes me weak and always coming back for more!
