I’ve been coming here once a week for over 7 years and the food is always amazing. Best Pho in town by far! Lan (owner) is also the nicest person you could ever meet.We are basically addicted to their large bowls of Pho and my wife has leftovers for lunch at least twice a week.
First time to visit and the spicy lemongrass noodle bowl with fried tofu was among the best I've ever has. I'll be back for a Vietnamese sandwich!
Excellent fresh food and the New Mexico spring rolls are awesome. Owner is very hard working and very friendly. Consistently great menu. Highly recommended.
Gluten free, friendly staff, recently remodeled.The best Pho broth in town (in my opinion) it is flavorful and not overly salty or oily to make it that way. Their flavor profile has an almost milled spice accent to it that is comforting from the first drop.
Great Foods!My usual is stuffed Chicken Wings, Sour catfish soup, Fried catfish with ginger sauce, and papaya salad!! Simple and clean eats!!
L-O-V-E Huong Thao! The only place I'll really go to for Phó & shrimp spring rolls. Pleany of delicious food to choose from. Service is always welcoming & warming.
We have been going here every Sunday for a year now. We love everything. They have the BEST deep fried roll in town which we order everytime we go. The best vietnamese coffee and bahn mi. Their staff are all friendly. We’ve tried a lot of foods here and never been disappointed!
Just tried for the first time tonight, probably the best vietnamese food I've had in Albuquerque. So fresh and delicious! Blown away, can't wait to go back!

Super fresh food and polite people!!! First time ever trying their food, and I've lived here almost 30 years and wish I would have discovered MUCH sooner. HANDS DOWN most delicious decision I made all weekend, and mentionably simple, and excellent portioning for the price. Absolutely will go back soon!
