4/27/22 usually great service, today the customer service was definitely far from decent.The girl taking the order addressed us with “ what do you want” then cut us off when we began to order. Who starts a conversation like that?Cannot provide name because no name tag. Great product, bad service.
The staff were friendly and the establishment was clean but, I always go back for My two lactose-free strawberry smoothie, it is so freaking good. I wish they would have put one in Gallup. Everyone should stop by and try one. It's really that good.
Service was nice and fast they have so much flavor to choose from. Definitely coming back I had the Hawaiian fruit punch and it was good
This is my new favorite boba place in Albuquerque! I love their selection, toppings, and customization! I got the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea with oolong tea and it was delicious. I got to customize my sweetness level, ice, and they had lactose free milk! On top of that, the staff was really patient while I figured out the menu. Hi Boba is going to become my new regular go-to boba place.
Absolutely delicious tea in a style you can't get anywhere else. Highly recommend!
Absolutely LOVE this place, There ls a location near me that I walk to once every week, their matcha boba tea is my favorite! (Especially with cream cheese) not very pricey, and they don’t only serve boba tea they also serve food the grill cheese is so good, definitely try this place out!

Service was good, but i ordered a green tea with milk cap and it tasted like fish bowl water.
Employees don't know what they are serving nor the difference of ingredients. Terrible customer service to me and my wife. Music way too loud for a Boba shop. Low quality ingredients and lack of flavor. 30% sugar is overwhelmingly sweet. Not impressed. Won't go again even if I got paid for it.
Not cool drove across town and they closed 12 min early
