Love this place. Great gluten free options. Really the best plantains around. So yummy yuca fries! This is a great spot!!

I tried Cuban food for the first time. It was interesting. Quite tasty, satisfying. I would not say that I would come back again, but I'm happy that we came this time.
Delicious and fresh Latin inspired food. This location is in Tin Can Alley which was really busy when we went during a Friday lunch hour. Even so, they were still really fast bringing our food out and friendly. The Arepa Pabellón was so good. The shredded beef was tender and seasoned well. Paired with the sweet plantains was a flavorful match made in heaven.
I dream of the fried yucca, would take fried yucca over potato fries any day. Guava Tree absolutely excels at what they do, their food is exceptional and remains my go-to when at Tin Can Alley. Beautiful presentation and flavors, and it's always lovely to support a local business as well.
Guava Tree is absolutely delicious, authentic Latin food with an amazing staff. It's always a 10/10 when I go eat there.
It is a weird place. On Friday at 5 pm they say that “they are closed” while all the other business around are working hard and taking orders. From other times I visited, at times out of the regular eating schedule the food is fine. But today it was disappointing and I am not sure if this a red flag on how the things are inside the kitchen.
DELICIOUS. I had the pork arepa and it was just straight tasty. But the best surprise was the guava and cheese pastry! Flaky, sweet, tangy. The best pastry I've had in a while. I will be back.
I don’t know how they do it but this place somehow manages to create food that is satisfying and fresh while also being crazy filling! I’ve never had anything bad on the menu and the yucca fries especially are a standout hit! Simple, fresh, and amazingly executed dishes. I’ve eaten here tons of times and it’s consistent and delicious every time.
If you're looking to absolutely annihilate your taste buds with flavor, come here and grab a Pernil with a side of garlic aioli. I found this place in college and am so glad to see them expanding their locations. This place is often overlooked and I don't know why, there's absolutely no going wrong with these grade A sandwiches!
