I order we picked up was not done properly. We ordered 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, and a fish and chips. Also a rice Krispy treat and skinny fries. The burgers were all over cooked, we asked for medium we all received well done, the fish was ok and the chicken was the only good sandwich. I have a habit of checking the order and food thing because they forgot the chips, in the fish and chips. They forgot the skinny fries. After informing them I did get them but this reinforced to always check the order. I know prices have increased but the rice Krispy was half of the old size and looked pathetic, also the fries portion has shrunk. So I paid more for crappier food.
Nothing unexpected here. Good burgers and fries. Fun atmosphere but the tables were not all cleaned off and some remained this way the entire meal. Probably understaffed when we were there. Otherwise I'd recommend it for a quick meal.
Burgers tasted fine, we asked for medium but our patties were done. We went for lunch and the atmosphere was hectic, which should be expected because it's at the mall. Toppings aren't cheap, maybe $2 for added mushrooms or avocado.
The food was good. Onion rings were thin and the breading was brittle and was falling off. Prices are reasonable. We didn't realize the extras for the burgers were at the bar. The bathrooms could use more care. The place could use a good cleaning. Would come again.
Absolutely delicious, easily the best burgers. I've never had them before but now it's my favorite place to go when craving a burger, and they have deals every weekday for different meals that make the food more affordable when on a budget.
Went here thinking it would be a fun place to try. Too expensive, cook doesn't know how to cook and deliver what the customers order. My burger was way over cooked when I ordered a medium rare, my husband's burger was raw. Tables were below par. Waiter tried to rush us out cleaning and clearing the table before we were even done with our meal. The only thing that was really good was the milkshake and that wasn't even filled all the way for a large. Not worth the money or the hype that everyone worked this place up to be.
Build your own burger, great concept, really. I will say beforehand that its good to have a plan before you order though. It's a pretty decent burger, and anything that wasn't exactly what I wanted was surely on me because I did order it exactly that way. The service was excellent, the environment was fun, and the staff was friendly. In my opinion, I will say that it was a bit on the expensive side for a green chile cheese burger and fries.
Let’s just put it this way. I’ve seen waffle houses cleaner then this location. Mens bathroom was disgusting looked like no one had cleaned it all day or all week. Ladies room my daughter said was gross as well she literally said dad how do women owe on the floor? Food is gross not what it used to be. The condiment bar looked tasty though well I mean I guess it was the flies on the lettuce seemed to be enjoying it. Drink station only served water… every drink option shot out water when we told the manager he said right on it.. right on it never came but hey the water was at least cold. Save your money eat in the malls food court. Your less likely to need medical attention after your meal or a trip to their restroom.
Always a good choice for a great burger. Fudds burgers have good choices that slot between fast food (in terms of taste) and gourmet (in terms of price).
Pretty decent burgers. Pick your bread, meat and cheese. They cook it, call your name and then you add your condiments yourself.
