It's been years since I had Fuddruckers and recall THOROUGHLY enjoying a FR burger and fries. The food is as I remembered it, so this review is not about FR food.This is about customer service. I arrived a bit before noon, the sign on the door said it opened at 11. I walked in and there was no one behind the register. As I slowly made my way to the counter I noticed a number of people putting orders together in the kitchen (easily 4, maybe 5). You could tell they were busy with orders and I didn't make an attempt to bother them. I waited way longer than I should have - I noticed at least 5 minutes go by. No one even acknowledged that they saw me, even avoided eye contact when I looked at the kitchen folks hard at work.Finally, a staffer walked in the front door. They walked by me (without looking at me) and were gone long enough to drop the bag they were carrying in the back and came to the registered. When at the registered, I did get a "I need to sign in" before they looked up and asked to take my order. I understood completely and wanted to let her get credit for her arrival at her station.I waited way too long before even being acknowledged. We all understand you are busy, the very least you can do is nod at the client and say "we'll be with you in a moment".I would have walked out, but the first stop I made was to a place that was closed because of short staffing and I was under a time constraint to get back with food.

The Manager, Lee, is extremely unprofessional and has no business being in management or working with the general public for that matter.I had placed a phone order and when I went in to pick up my order I patiently waited for assistance so I can add one more item to my order. I was ignored for several minutes then the Manager, Lee, rudely asked what I needed without making any eye contact with me. I asked if he was speaking to myself or to the other worker he was looking at. He then got upset and said I don’t have time for this! He started to make a scene telling me I needed to leave when I was waiting for my already paid for order. I simply wanted a small shake for my child. so I left without the shake for my child while this “manager” kept waving his name tag in the air telling me I needed to leave. I will never go here again.

Well where do I start? We get there parking lot wasn't full . Inside was a line guess there was a bus of kids 25min in line . Order toke another 20min plus they forgot ? other 14min , order wheat buns didn't get it , meat extra well done didn't get it . It was medium well done. Last order a Oreo milkshake large and I got a foam cup not large. Everybody else had the glass cup with gray milkshake container. For what I paid I didn't get anything of what I ordered. Very disappointing I will not be back. It was too much of a hassle to complain cuz I had to wait in line and the line was still long.

So I ordered online and I realize that it didn’t ask me for a time so I called right away to let them know I’d be there at noon. When I got there the order was ready but it was cold. I asked if they could heat it up and he said oh I’ll throw it in the microwave and I said I can just do that at work. I paid $15 give or take and I will never come here again because I was treated very rudely he could’ve just put them in the basket the fries anyway and reheat it that way microwave fries don’t taste the same I’m very disappointed because I was really looking forward to this. I will never return to this location. Managers need to train their employees for a better customer service.

Worst Customer service ever! The guys at the grill seem to be hanging out and seemed bother if you ask them for anything. Went for a pickup order and getting my chocolate shake made was like asking for something impossible. Even my order was incomplete when I picked it up. Not the first there customer service was awful. I rather drive farther to a different location than eat here again.

This place really sucked. The oil that they fried the fish is was old as the color was dark brown, the breading was still uncooked that was next to the fish. Fried fish in good oil would have a light brown coating and crispy. I know this for a fact as I've worked in food services for over 41 years.

Good food. I went away really full. Better quality food than many other fast food places.

Fast friendly service. Food was fresh and hot. Chocolate milkshake was delicious.

I would have taken a pic of my 1lb buffalo burger but it disappeared... thanks so much!

First time ever. TOO MUCH SALT! the burger is so salty, couldn’t taste the beef, the lettuce or tomato. I can eat salt with no problem. This much salt made me feel sick halfway thru. Didn’t finish the burger. Went back for lettuce and tomato to get real flavor. Bun fell apart from grease within 3 bites. AND … They first had to remake my med. rare burger, b/c it came well done (and it wasn’t busy when I ordered. ) If I hadn’t been desperate for any food at all, I would have asked for my $$ back. Never again!
