We've gone twice in the last two weeks after 9pm. Both times they were out of Freddy sauce. Just kills the experience. Very in consistent when I ordered chill fries with my meal. One time the fries were separate from the burger. I got more. Second time it came together. Got less. And on this second time we went in the crew was huge. But all the tables were dirty. Everyone were bullshitin and hanging out and the guy on serving was back and forth with his girlfriend showing a lot of affection. No order with management and crew because they were bullshitin too. Two different experiences. I note the Manger that was there on the first night wasn't there the second night. But will see how it goes next time. Love the food. Just be consistent.
Food good as always. I was the first customer and Freddy's was really dirty. The drink area had a lot of dried Coke all over. I couldn't even put my cup down. When I complained, they barely looked up. It took a while before an employee started cleaning. He cleaning the drink area and one table.The cook was the only helpful employee.
This is anything but fast 20min just to get to the mic to order Would have left but once in the drive-through you can't Get out if someone's behind you. 40 min all said and done. Really frustrating. This is real problem when I Could go to a restaurant sit down with wait staff and be served faster than a drive-through. This a burger joint. How long does a paper thin burger take to cook. I also really question profitability For a fast food restaurant that can't get more than 10 customers through a drive-through in an hour
On several occasions I’ve been denied my order due to stocking issues, which I understand. I mention it because it’s happened over several months and various visits. The ice cream is liquid when given to me, and orders have been incorrect many time.The drive thru might be the worst of it. Perhaps staffing issues makes it so, but with one vehicle in front of me, I’ll sit at the mic for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer.Overall, the food is good if it’s made right. I’d recommend strongly going to another location instead of wasting your time here for mediocre food and service.
Stopped in for a burger and fries. Drive thru was easy to use. Prices have gone up since I was last here. A burger and fries with a kid's cola cost more than expected. I love the fries and that they gave me a ton of! The burger was delicious and was a steak patty, so definitely a step above most burgers!
I just love going to Freddy's. They amazing hamburger and French fries. I'm letting all my friends and family to go and have lunch there. The food was every delicious. And everyone there was very friendly, welcome, and helpful. I gave them a A+.
Had a pretty bad order come out of the corrales location. But I emailed the gm there and they gave us a new meal right away. We ended up going to the paseo location and asked the manager on duty if we could get out redo there. He acted like it was very difficult to call and had to verify. Then we got a lesser order without cheese curds and added a custard. They ended up charging us almost ten dollars. With gas prices so high and all the time and driving spent. This wasn't a very good correction to our messed up order. So in this case they dropped the ball. On behalf of Freddie's its not usually like that

The burger was okay. The french fries were great with spice dipping sauce. The frozen custard was the best thing sold in this business! Yes, I will return for the fries and custard.
They have really good food! it was our first time there,order was correct, food was hot, we did have this visit on a Saturday night and was super busy, so we waited in line for about 25 minutes b4 we could order and by the time we got to the window it was ready, we will be back!!
