Pulled up to the drive thru and waited a few minutes with no answer. Backed up and thought it would trip the sensor. Still no response. This was a two lane location. Another car pulled up in the other lane and ordered and went ahead. So I figured that the speaker wasn’t working. Pulled up to the window and was allowed to order. But was meet with a speech about how the speakers always work and that someone hears it in their headset. The gentleman said that he would take my order this time but to remember the speakers always work. So from what I gather is the staff was just lazy and didn’t want to take the order. The parking lot nor lobby were full. This place has always had great food just the service has been terrible the past few times.
I love Freddy's, usually. Hard to go wrong with the pattymelt! Always a favorite. But here they didn't get the worms into one of my kiddos dirt and worms...he was sad. Also, the custard just didn't taste the way I remembered it and the Concretes just didnt seem as chunky etc. It's been a bit, so next time I'll try another location and see if it's the same or different there. I'd like it to be the way I remember.... keeping my fingers crossed. It was $50 for the for of us to just have regular concretes, and two burgers, one hot dog, one patty melts... no other drinks, no fries. Kinda pricey for what we got compared to other places in New Mexico... hard to swallow after eating out at locally owned restaurants.

Except for the fact that the Hawaiian Delight Concrete is GONE :'( this is a great hotdog and burger joint. The cheese curds are a must-have and don't forget to order your custard "on hold" so it doesn't melt while you eat your food. I get mine to go and the custard freezes weird if you save it in your freezer but it tastes great if you thaw it a second and give it a quick mix.
Definitely delicious I order the California burger with lettuce wrap instead of bun always delicious and always fresh! Kind drive-through. Recommend you try.
Not sure what took me so long to eat here! Staff was great and so was the food! I should've ordered more fries because the Freddy's sauce is on point!
I do not even know where to begin, I am appalled by the food I just received. They really gave me burnt old cheese curds with a couple semi fresh ones, I waited about 20 min to get this? Extremely dissatisfied especially with their slogan being about “fresh food”.

The burgers were very good. Rhe shoestring fries were definitely different but good. Great service!
Here at the drive thru and ice been waiting 30 minutes for my good after paying. Seriously?! I love the food, but the wait times are becoming not worth it. The only reason it got 2 stars is because of the food. Sadly.
