Today was not the best 5 guys day. We ordered 3 burgers and 2 of them were made completely wrong. I checked the receipt and they were correct in the order. The other issue was mine had mayonnaise and it had so so much mayonnaise.
The food was delicious and I'd love to thank Zeus for his amazing service. We accidentally messed up our order and he helped us fix the problem with no hassles. He was a blessing to our day. Not only was he helpful but professional. Thank you Zeus for the amazing service.?
A nice location on Menaul and Louisiana , Coronado mall area. Very nice inside all employees super busy. Waited a few min for a order, employee that helped was very knowledgeable about order was picking up. place nice and colorful up to date burger place fast food nice . Great experience
The facility and employees were really clean and friendly. Regardless of price or location the burger and fries were average. If factoring in the price, it would be a two star burger/fry combo and I would suggest going elsewhere.
Known for burgers and generous fries. Yes, but OMG expensive for what you get! I had the smallest no cheese, free loaded, and it was still $8! Fries were great as always but way too many and THEY weren't cheap either. Don't mind paying for quality but sure wouldn't go here often, even for a good burger without serious change! You can get a very good burger at places like Chili's if Applebee's and even some steakhouses for what you'll spend here. Just saying------

Man we used to rave about 5 guys. I bought a cheeseburger, med fry, med drink = $19. I'm ok paying for a good meal with a good atmosphere. I guess it was as good as I remember, but the burger was falling apart, bottom bun was really soggy, like always plenty of fries, restaurant seemed understaffed, but many are today. All the tables were dirty from previous customers. With all the choices there are to eat, I will probably not go back. Decent food, just not with it anymore.
Every time I buy a burger here I get rocks in my meat. Every time something is super hard in my burger. I just want a burger and every time there is a rock in it. I didn't even do anything rude, mean, or even slightly passive aggressive and there's always a rock in my burger. I'm taking pictures now. This is the second time it has happened.
Very good customer service. We got 2 burgers, 2 sides of fries, and 1 chocolate shake and it definitely was NOT worth paying $45. The cheese on the cheeseburger wasn't even melted. The fries were pretty salty and the burgers were greasy. The shake tasted powdered. The unsweetened tea tasted sweet because it came out of the same nozzle as the sweet tea. Completely mediocre all around and overpriced. Will not be returning.
The food was delicious. The staff was very nice and even told me where I could go get ranch nearby since they don't carry anything like that to dip fries. Will return!
