I am a manager at a restaurant. I feel for these kids, we walked in 10 minutes before close. They were visibly upset and were very rude. Every single day the same thing happens at my restaurant. But if my employees treated my customers the way they treated us I would fire them on the spot. These kids were little punks and don’t deserve to work in the public.
Stopped with the wife and kid. 2 medium sandwiches, 1 small sandwich, no drinks, 2 bags of chips: $28.00! Really disengaged people behind the counter. Mumbled a name when the order was ready. Place was packed. Didn’t even know they called us. Then we get home, and there is next to no meat on the sandwiches. I know this sounds petty, but 28 bucks is 28 bucks, and to go get three sandwiches and them all have such little meat is mind boggling. It’s just bad business. And totally sucked.
Very good and fresh. Can't wait to go back and try a few other sandwiches. Mmmmmm. Good job guys/ girls
I love firehouse subs however one of the employees (Ruben) has been extremely rude to me the past few times I’ve gone. He will cut me off when I’m in the middle of talking, answer with a snarky comment, and completely ignore things I’ve said. The last few times I’ve gone he cut me off while I was customizing the sub and ignored what I had asked for so when I got the sub it wasn’t to my liking. I’m not one to complain or be rude but something needs to be done about him.
Sat for 30 min waiting for an order when in reality it had been done for 20 min just no one informed me. I'll be avoiding this location in the future. Not worth wasting time :/
Highly customizable subs and great classics. After trying most of the menu items, I have yet to find a sandwich I would not order again.
The standard and deluxe sandwich platters were fantastic. A little pricy. But I got home and the pickles and dressing was missing. 140 bucks and I can not get an accurate order. However I called and complained and was offered a lrg sandwich for another time. So they messed up but took care of it so it was nice. Food would get a 4 plus.

Great place for subs. Sandwiches are great. Just as good are the sides that they offer with the sandwiches. Love their soda machine. It’s the one that has over 100 options including vanilla root beer.
Quick, polite service. The sandwich that was made was fresh and loaded with turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.
