Visited today for first time. ordered a new york steamer.I got a bun with some reddish meat (all the same meat) with a dab of foaming white stuff on top, and a pickle. At least it was hot.
When I went I throughly enjoyed the food this school provides. I'm just not sure how they qualify as an academy. They did not even appear to offer home economics. There was no principal available to speak to ether. The website took me to a sub shop.
Pretty good hot subs for a chain. They have good size selection of subs as well as typical sandwich sides, soup, salad, chips.
This place is always great but they were great and fast this time our order was a 100% correct which was great for us because we were exhausted and ready to go home and eat
First time ordering something and they got it wrong. Order a Italian sandwich I got a sandwich with brisket on it ??Now I’m calling the line is busy.what a mess. Just so disappointed and imagine when it’s something you plan for dinner.
Just got a sandwich - employee who made it had long hair and it was not restrained - hair was in his face and was not wearing a mask - he also had a lip ring and scraggly chin whiskers. The other two employees were masked and had hats on. Sorry but after being in the food business this is disgusting! I won't ever come back to Acadamy location! Come on - have some pride in your appearance - if this is the only help you can get then close up!
I’m usually not one to complain cause everyone can have an off day it’s understandable. But this is the 3rd time in a row they messed up my order. I work across the street and only get a 30 min lunch so I order online and go pick it up to save time. Why give the customizable options online if no one follows them anyway? I ask to remove peppers and onions, all 3 times they were still on my sandwich. I ask to add cucumbers instead twice they forgot those on my sandwich. I love the pickles there so I also ask for an extra. Have never gotten the extra and this last time I got no pickle at all. I’m sorry but this place is too expensive to never get the order you put in. Like I said I get a short lunch break so I don’t have time to take it back to get remade so this last time I called to see if they could make it up next time, they said I’d have to talk to a manager and hung up on me. Needless to say that was most likely my last visit to this location.
Went for lunch. Really good food. Waited on by friendly staff. Quick and painless. Right order and good.
The place was pretty packed and there was nowhere to sit and eat. I got their 13.75$ large sandwich combo and left hungry. I am never a fan of that. The food and service was good though
The food was amazing. Some of the staff were pretty unfriendly though.
