I’m filipino (lived in the Philippines for 13 years) and I was so excited to eat at this place. Everything we tried was so disappointing. How do you fail to make adobo? Like I am genuinely so confused. It was like adobo with no soy sauce. It didn’t even have that much color. It taste nothing like adobo. It barely had any garlic in it. The halo halo they had was okay but it was super over priced. The soda they had in the refrigerator was flat. Their crinkle dessert was so hard, I can barely bite into it. Everything was so overpriced when I could have totally just gone to the asian store to make everything myself and it still would have cost LESS than $40. I can’t get over the adobo. It was cold in the middle and it almost tasted RAW.

With all due respect, food was not good fie me but lay be good for others so still try their food. Don't give up on them.Great story and their willingness to continue their years of service to their community.

NO SUGARCOAT! JUST HONEST REVIEW! Overpriced for the tasteless food! Version of adobo, pansit, tinola & kaloa are ridiculously out of any taste buds! Try to improve the seasoning! Put more passion in your cooking! As you've said, this is the only filipino restaurant in town, put your heart into this business, improve the taste, more variety of choices... !!!

Don't waste your time or money on this place! If I could leave zero stars that's what they'd get!Ordered the Kalua Roasted Pork Plate, menu says comes with rice and macaroni salad. Got home and found there wasn't any macaroni salad. The meat and rice had no taste. If you want this dish I'd recommend going to Kimo's instead at least there you get what you pay for and it's more authentic.

Pretty disappointing. Chicken adobo was definitely a version we have not had before. Good luck!

I went in here blind walked in and ordered a kaloa plate and a halo halo. I sat down and I heard the beeping of the microwave and I was horrified I tried the halo halo as I took my first bite and I tasted a hint of metal in my halo halo, my stomach churned I didn't even try the food, I gave it to a nearby homeless man my food. If you want really good Hawaiian food go to Kimo's.

We were excited about trying Filipino food and ordered the chicken adobo, pansitte, Hawaiian rice, and spam, rice wraps. The whole thing was gross. The adobo had 4 pieces of weird cuts of chicken. The pansitte was dry and tasteless. The Hawaiian rice had a few pieces of ham and pineapple on a bunch of rice. The whole meal was mostly rice with no flavor. Never again! So disappointing.

The owners, Elaine and Basel are absolutely amazing! Such a power couple! ? Had a huge order of 5 entrees and was in and out in less than 15 minutes! The Spam Musubi was PERFECTION - The Chicken Pancit, Chicken Adobo, Hawaiian Chicken Teriyaki and Pinoy Garlic Rice were all fantastic as well as the Halo Halo and Baked goods we got! We definitely come here again ??? so proud to be Filipino and share their amazing food with my friends new to our cuisine! ?

I’d never had Hawaiian Filipino food before, and my partner — who lived in Hawaii for a decade — took me here. So delicious and what a friendly couple who runs this place. We will definitely be back when we are in town again.

Ordered the chicken adobo. Prices are steep. Serving size is adequate. Spam musubi is ok. Hawaiian food in NM.
