amazing food and ambience

This place was delicious. It was our first time and we went around lunch time so it wasn’t too busy. The service was quick and the food came out in a reasonable about of time.We tried 2 different pizzas and they both were good- the carni and the salsissia (without the sausage). I added pepperoni to replace the sausage and it was fully covered in pepperoni. The carni was also packed with the meat toppings. For lunch for 2, we spent just below $100 including 2 drinks and 2 pizzas. We ended up taking home half of each pizza and could have tried the split pizza option which we might do in the future.

Tasty food with a great neighborhood vibe. We had the soup special (a vegetable soup that was fresh, flavorful and chalk full of different types of veggies), a spinach salad, and then two pizzas at half size.If you’re not sure which pizza you want to try, they offer the option of doing half the size for half the price + $1. It’s a great choice for trying more of the menu. The margherita was our favorite for sure. The spinach salad was definitely one of our favorites we’ve had. We each got a glass of the Cabernet on special and just sat and chatted with some good food. I recommend this place after a long day if you need to unwind with some friends.

I understand this place gets busy, while we were waiting for some of our party to arrive, it was not. Our server didn't like our looks, maybe we seem a little too local for her taste. I don't know. We ordered drinks and explained some of our party was still finding their way. Not five minutes after our drinks arrived, she asked "are you guys just gonna hang out?" Oh my...we should have left. It was unsettling, as microaggressions go, but I didn't respond. Instead, I ordered one of their not so good, for the price, appetizers. This seems to change her attitude a little. However, I was very close to asking the manager/owner if he was okay because he wore a sneer every time he passed the table. I can live with this given how things are going for regular joe's but the guy is clearly raking in the bucks & seems to think he can afford to be unfriendly to some of his clientele. I can't recommend this place the fare is a mixed bag and not worth the expense.

The food is amazing ! We had the fungi pizza and a meatball calzone as well as the antipasto plate ! Additionally despite being very busy our waiter was attentive , friendly and non stop hustling . Great experience !

Caprese salad is fantastic here. Pictured in this review is the side salad portion and not the full size. Mozzarella was fresh.Did the meat ball calzone as a pizza and it did not disappoint. Meatballs were full of flavor and the ricotta was delicious. They also had La Cumbre as their brewery of choice on tap and had a wide selection of their beers. Providing a good selection for most tastes.

I can see why this place is so highly rated, I had the special pizza and salad, both were just excellent. I was eating by myself, very comfortable meal at the bar. Its possible to get 1/2 pizza and side salad.

Absolutely delicious!! Had the Verdi salad ( greens, apple, gorgonzola cheese and candied walnuts) the Fungi pizza sooooo good!!! Had it with a gorgonzola dipping sauce ?Topped it off with a bottle of Sangiovese wine. Definitely coming back !!!

I bought take-away a Margherita pizza and I must say it was quite delicious! It’s not the original 100% Italian pizza, but still it is the most tasty I have found here in Albuquerque!

Came to celebrate a friend's birthday. Place was full but not crowded, which I appreciate during this time period. Staff all wore masks. Excellent, attentive, friendly service. Thanks for making our birthday girl feel special too.Parking lot on the side with additional metered parking in front.Love that we can do half and half on pizzas (only extra $1 to make halfsies. And fyi, gluten free option available). We loved everything we ordered: bianca, formaggio, carni, and the funghi. The olives appetizer was excellent. So so good. But what will have me coming back is the butterscotch budino! Umm... who's birthday is next?!!
