We got the fajitas and they were excellent! Atmosphere was wonderful with live mariachi music.

The breakfast experience was a total bust. The doors were still locked at 10am when they were supposed to open. I called to verify their opening time and was told they were open. Someone unlocked the door and promptly turned around with no welcome greeting.. standing in front of the podium, there was still no greeting just a blank stare until I said "table for two people". We walked into the dining area and stood there waiting to be taken to a table. I finally asked the hostess where we should sit and she shrugged and said where ever we wanted. We were only given lunch/dinner menus and were told she'd bring chips and salsa. Finally she came back with a very limited paper breakfast menu. Still a while later the chips and salsa were brought to the table. No silverware or napkins. The waitress was friendly and brought water and coffee. The coffee was cinnamon flavored (not what we were hoping for). We ordered French toast and biscuits and gravy. It took an extremely long time to get our food even though we were the only customers. The French toast was dry and I asked for some butter. The biscuits and gravy were not what you'd expect for being described as smothered in gravy. And at this time we had to ask for silverware. The atmosphere was not welcoming.... half the dining room was still dark, no ambient sound at all. This was so far below the usual higher standard for El Patron. I've never had this bad an experience there until now. Very disappointed.

Food was aweful. Cockroaches crawling on the floor. Extremely overpriced for ar a little hamberger meat in the enchilota and beans and rice. Red chille sucked. The waiter kept getting our order wrong, because it never wrote it down. The waiter was a freak, with eye make up, freaky earing dangling on one ear, and was dumb as a bag of broken hammers. If you want a freak show with the bad food go there otherwise do not. Rating minus 1000....

Food was good, not great. The atmosphere sold it entirely though. Beautiful restaurant. The mariachi band was incredible. We asked our waitress and she got them to come to our table, and they performed so dang well. They even played twinkle twinkle little star for my nephew who was with us and only wanted to hear that ? 100% recommend this place.

They seated us quickly since it was not busy. The exterior of the restaurant was nice for the theme but inside felt like we walked into a museum. I ordered the cheese enchiladas and when I saw the plate, I knew this was not worth $15. The beans were old, the rice soggy and bland, and the enchiladas were small and not cooked properly. The cheese was still cold and not melted at all. The tortillas were crispy at the ends but not cooked in the middle. I honestly don't know how you can botch something so simple as cheese enchiladas. Also, the cheese choice was poor since it overpowered the red chile flavor so it felt like I was eating quesadillas. I even tried a few of mine friend's plates and the food was not any better. If the consistency of the food is like how mine was, then I refuse to come back here again.

Service was slow but the decor and the food made it all worth while. We had a family meal there while in Albuquerque. The servers were attentive and kept us supplied with drinks while the food was slow in arriving.

The manager at Montgomery location, Spiro, was rude when I went to pick up food for my family. I didn't hear what he was saying & instead of being professional & kind- he said "what? You're not talking to me now?" I don't even know him- why is the GM talking to customers this way? Arleth was at the front receiving customers & her blase attitude spoke loudly that she didn't want to be there at all. Cool- let's hire some friendly/energetic people who can welcome customers please. Nadine (assistant manager to the owner) was what the restaurant needs to have more of: attentive, professionnel, caring & expediant. Food is delicious (as always). Please hire hardworking & courteous people.

Food is great, but getting a pick up order right is always hard.-last time didn't give me food ,waited in lobby while it got cold.-this time 4/3/22 I had to show them the menu that said family pack orders come with chip and salsa, after telling me it didn't even picking it up. Wow.-our $40 family pack of CHICKEN enchiladas has no chicken. A real waste of money. Not going to eat here any more, stealing people's money.

The food was really good, the service was great.

Delicious! We are from Texas , this place was perfect From waiter (Colby)… I think that was his name . The drinks were perfect and the food did not disappoint! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
