Store front sign says they open at 6, but still completely closed up when I arrived at 6:15. Disappointing start to my road trip out of town.
It was lunch rush hours, and the store was empty. That should have given me a clue not to get in. As soon as I crossed the door, a teenager barked at me, "to the other side." He appeared to be angry!! I still placed my order, asking the child to toast the bagel. When he finished my order, I told him that I had asked for the bagel to be toasted. Alex again barked at me, I REPETEAD THE ORDER. YOU DID NOT SAY ANYTHING. Between the mask and his terrible attitude, I did not even hear what he repeated, so I said, "so it I my fault? Alex again barked at me. YES IT IS!! SO GET OUT OF HERE!! Wow!! Owner, that is why your store is empty.
Food was fast and tasty. Staff working their bagels off!
To the big guy at Einsteins this morning. Thank you for exceptional customer service and your kind spirit that radiates. Your job probably sucks, but you’re making the best of it and it shows. You’re appreciated. Times are hard especially in the food industry, but there’s a few good employees out there!
Incredibly disorganized. Put an order in right when I walked through the door and spent the next 27 minutes waiting for them to actually make my order. To top it all off, they didn't even correctly make my order. Awful
Very rude service, then to top it off they do not wash there hands I seen one worker touch everything in the whole bakery then put dirty hands on the bagel they sold me , I still paid but did not eat
Great staff and service. They are not sheep so they let you decide if you want to mask up or not, your body your choice right?

The employees in the shop are very rude! I will never return to this place because of the employees.
I tried to stop and get coffee and a bagel sandwich oh because I can usually count on Einstein brothers quality of food in good service and I’ve never had a more disappointing experience! I was ready to place my order but the young girl working there with glasses and blonde hair must have thought it was more important to talk about a bad customer to her coworker and then I couldn’t believe it she answered the phone the whole time nobody even acknowledge I was there. I was about to walk out when I was finally acknowledged. She acted as if it were not her job some huge trouble to get me half and half and then when I was finally down the road far enough to be OK with eating my sandwich it turns out the bread was wet and the eggs were cold. Next time I’m in Albuquerque and I want Einstein brothers that’s not the one I’ll be going to!
