The workers here are lazy and incompetent . No one answers the phone and my orders are usually incorrect or incomplete. When they claim they're busy with customers you can see them socializing with each other instead of actually helping the customers. I've sat outside before calling the store while the employee literally stood around and ignored the calls.
Not the best but neither a bad one considering that they have no gluten-free products to eat and I could only take a coffee. In my opinion, and considering that being celiac is a nowadays issue, they should have at least an option. About the drinks, they do not have a great variety but some of them are interenting, like the cold brew options which I recommed. You might give it a big try if you can eat gluten ?
Prices are ridiculous and ZERO Customer service! Disappointed-havent been in while won't be going back. Service was terrible and only 1 customer and myself in store with 5 emoyees
The staff was nice & hard at work. However, the avocado veg out sandwich (which I used to get a lot from other locations) was not good. The cucumbers were starting to spoil , the avocado was a paperthin spread of some kind of guacamole mix (could hardly detect it), and same for the veggie cream cheese (not detectable in taste). It was a dry, flavorless sandwich that I will not be repeating anytime soon. Disappointed.(Editing to add: I had sporadic stomach cramping that began about 3 hours after eating there. These cramps continued for the next 24 hours. There was definitely something wrong with their food. Not good. Changing review from 3 stars to 1 star.)
I waited for curbside for about 15 minutes without anyone coming out with my order. I placed the order on the mobile app and clicked the I'm here button when I pulled into a curbside spot and turned on my hazards. I tried calling the store but the automated voice told me that the employees were busy helping customers and to call back another time. When I went inside the store no one except the employees were inside, and my order was sitting on the pickup table with a curbside sticker on it. 2 stars for yummy but cold bagels :(
i love Einstein but i always have a bad experience at this location. i did a mobile order for curbside, and waited a while, called 10+ times and no actual person ever answered so i went it and it’s just sitting there. nothing telling me they won’t do curbside when my receipt says curbside. then i open the box and my pizza bagel is half on top of each other and completely bare on parts then on top of that i wanted and everything bagel and it says it on the receipt again and i had some random bagel. long story short i won’t be coming to this location again.
Normally I have no issue here but today was a slap in the face. I eat meat so I ordered an Bacon, Egg and Cheddar breakfast bagel. I received one with no bacon instead. Easy mistake, so I decided to ask for a remake of my sandwich. When I approached the register to have my order fixed, I got an eye roll about being a meat eater not eating the vegetarian sandwich. They then took my bagel sandwich back and “remade it”. When I got it back I asked if it was a new sandwich and was assured that it was new. I would have assumed this true but upon eating instead it seems the bacon was simply put on and the sandwich and reassembled. Seriously? I likely wouldn’t have known this if I hadn’t found bits of nothing still all over the paper below my bagel. I’m disgusted by the unprofessionalish of this act and won’t be returning to this location again. Luckily this didn’t involve an meat starvation situation or something more serious. Next time just make a NEW sandwich for the customer...
Always friendly and welcoming staff. Plenty of bagels. Great atmosphere to chill-lax in once COVID is obliterated.
Very efficient team working through long line of customers quickly. Friendly order taker/cashier. Had a Delicious bagel with bacon egg and cheese!!
The bagels are delicious as always, but the staff at this location is also super friendly and very helpful, even at 6am!
