I get that there is a rush in the morning but seems like every time I come here there is a massive delay and everybody seems extremely stressed. Definitely chaotic and the quality of the food /coffee suffers. Hopefully this location changes it around a bit and cleans up inside a little more.

Such a disappointing and frustrating experience. Waited well over 10 minutes just to get my cup of coffee that was TERRIBLE. Either the quality of roast has gone down significantly since I worked at an Einstein branch or the equipment isn't cleaned properly or something. Also watched the gal making the coffee use bare, not gloved hands to handle the filters. There was no warning that there were going to be 4-5 carafes filled before my order causing such a long wait, and I had to reheat my meal because it was so cold by the time I actually got my coffee and could leave. Clearly the coffee wasn't burned because it was freshly made but that was one of the worst cups of coffee I've ever had, I couldn't even get two full sips in before it was thrown out. I understand the breakfast rush, but I'm surprised multiple carafes of coffee were not already brewed in anticipation of the rush.

Patrick is the best. He is the manager there and he manages his staff really well. The food is absolutely delicious and the coffee is even better! Definitely a good place to eat.

Our friends have gotten us hooked on Einstein Brothers Bagels. We buy a dozen to freeze so we can eat them as we want them. Very good. You can eat in or take out.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Now with all new staff not very good service. I bought $60 worth of coffee and bagels and the containers of coffee were half empty. This was for a meeting at work. Check your boxes of coffee make sure they are full.

We usually have great experiences at Einstein's but this location was weird.1. There was an awkward quietness even though the place was full of people (standing around because they don't allow in-store eating). A little music could go a long way here in keeping things a bit lively.2. A gentleman was rudely addressed when he asked about his order. The lady told him in a very condescending way, "sir, we are preparing the orders as they come." Now he was there before we arrived and we saw people order then leave ahead of him. Not long after her rude comment she turned and asked what his order was. Turns out they missed it and he was just politely waiting. Of course, she didn't apologize. She just said, "here you go."3. My wife ordered a cold brew coffee and I got a caramel latte. Her cold brew was very bitter (the opposite of which is the point of cold brew) and my latte may have well been a Werther's Original. Don't get me wrong, I love those candies but not as my coffee. Maybe he just over pumped the syrup but it made it undrinkable regardless.4. The same guy couldn't find our rewards account in the system and he assured us he entered it in correctly. "Sometimes the app is hard," he said. We weren't using the app and he made no effort to locate our account.5. The extra star here is for the bagels. They seem to be good so far.Needless to say, we will still shop Einstein's but not again at this location.

This was my first time at your establishment. I wanted to get everything bagels but was told that they were to hot to cut and would I like something else. I respond with a no. How long would it be before you can cut them. Your cashier responded with awhile. How long is a while I asked. One of your employees had quite the attitude about my questioned which was a legitimate question. However you had another employee who was helpful and I got the bagels that I wanted. Some of your employees need a refresher on customer service.

Very good but they keep forgetting my shmear the last couple of times

Sadly I had to remove a star since my last visit about a year ago. Cold coffee and coffee bar are and overall inside needs a good cleaning. Still a good bagel coming from a New Yorker that's a compliment.

I come here to get breakfast for work a lot. Great staff, great bagels, and great sandwiches.
