I visit Einstein Bros Bagel frequently and also am part of the smear club. The bagels never disappoint and the breakfast and lunch sandwiches are delicious. So why the low score you might wonder. Well here is my story.My brother and sister in law were visiting from out of state. We stopped at this location for breakfast and coffee/tea. Also had to buy a bagel treat for their Yorkie. The man behind the counter seemed annoyed and was VERY rude. Didn't seem to want to assist us. I thought he must be having a bad days but proceed to order.When the next customer came in his demeanor changed and he was extremely nice.. wow was this the same person who took our order???We sat outside to enjoy our breakfast and of course he didn't put in the order correctly. I had to go back in.The good thing was he was in the backroom and I got assistance from the other employees that were helpful and professional. I won't go back to this location. Only bad thing is I didn't get his name.
The food was good. But you can't even sit down and enjoy your lunch. Covid it's over. What's up with you guys. Don't you want your customers to come bad. I certainly won't.

Perfect place to grab a quick brunch with good quality food and speedy service. I particularly enjoyed the flavored coffee and churro bagel which was a hybrid donut/churro/bagel!
No indoor seating in winter so we left.
Went in and got my free breakfast sandwich and a few other things. Fresh and delicious.
This is a great place. The staff is efficient and friendly. Food ? great. Super fast pick up. I've consistently seen Staff and patrons adhere to Covid safe practices. Thank you!
Come in here at least once a week after work in the morning, so like 615 I am walking in with my needy self lol. The food is always spot on and it is so nice when they remember the lil extras you always bug for without asking. Those lil things mean the most.
They burnt all my bagles. To top it off one of my bagles had this plastic thing in it. I would not recommend and will not be going back to this location.
