This Einstein's location is very inconsistent. The food is acceptable about half the time. Bagels often have an unacceptably small amount of cream cheese, and I've even been served cream cheese that had obviously been left out too long and gotten crunchy bits mixed in.

The food and service are very good. The place is really clean also.
The two times I've had to buy coffee from here have both been bad experiences. The customer service is bad. I felt unwelcome and I had to wait much longer than other customers to get my coffee.
