I've heard great things about this place.... its ok. They are the first "coffee" shop I've been to that do not have soy milk. I guess if you like sweet creamy drinks this place is for you. If you like coffee, not so much ?Staff is friendly, and place looks clean
The staff was nice but my drink was not as I expected :/ It tasted more like espresso than the chocolate and caramel. Good for a pick me up but not as the tastiest drink I can get somewhere elseEDIT:Went a few more times and got better experiences! The espresso bases drinks are still not a favorite but the energy drinks and smoothies are full of flavor. Even the pastries were a nice treat.
The friendliest group of employees ever!! I love chatting with them while in line. I’ve never had them get an order wrong, and they make great coffee! I’ll drive out of my way to come here rather than some other chains.
Elise is very kind and helpful! Everyone here deserves a raise. If the target employees make $15 an hour these employees should be making $18-$20. Everyone is very kind and it is hard to be that personable all day. The Dutch Bros employees do way better than the Target employees! Please consider setting your company aside from the rest and actually increase pay as your revenue increases. ✌️
We visit from Santa Fe pretty often and love Dutch Bros but Juan Tabo is our favorite location. Drinks are on point and staff is so effortlessly friendly. I wish all customer service jobs had employees like they have at Dutch Bros. Thank you for your kindness!
They're okay. It's just that 3 different times there have been some extra flavors in my drinks that I don't want to taste. First time- I got a strawberry smoothie and I could taste some citrus. Second time- I got a strawberry frost and I could taste some cotton candy flavor. Third time- I got a peach tea and I could taste some coffee. So, they need to clean their utensils thoroughly before preparing the next drink. I'll go back or perhaps to another location. Hopefully, it'll be better.
A very disappointing experience. The coffee is good, but this is not a place to go unless you wish to spend significant time sitting in your car. Today the "greeter/order taker/line cashier(?)" was more interested in her conversation with the car ahead of me, even after the car at the window had received their order and pulled away. No interest in moving the line along. Realistically, she needed to go on break and the driver needed to pull over and park. I finally just pulled out of line and left. I would call this a very casual, almost lackadaisical, coffee place. Good for them, just not for me.
If you ever said you had bad visit I will laugh my but off cause this place has the best employees on the planet… there always so happy and willing to help you out on drink choices even at 5am thank you Dutch bros staff your the mad notes
Okay, not only are the drinks fantastic, the staff. The team. Their vibe. The Jaun taboo location always puts me in an amazing uplifting mood when paying a visit to the walk up window. Jamming the good jams and always interesting brief conversations. The inside of this little coffee shop just radiates the essence of a happy go lucky team throughly enjoying their work day and working together and serving their customers. The joyful energy of this amazing team truly reflects on the quality of their customer service, which is PHENOMENAL. Love the place. Can’t get enough.
We stopped ar this location while traveling through Albuquerque. The drive thru line was a little long, but the employees were working quickly to fill all orders. Even though you could tell they were rushing, they still took the time to ask us how we were doing, what we were up to, etc. They were so friendly and personable it definitely makes me want to go back. I got a dream weaver hot chocolate and my husband got a blended aquaberry rebel. Both were delicious! Would recommend this Dutch Bros to anybody.
