I normally only leave positive reviews, but holy smokes the service here is bad. Ordering takes 5-10 minutes longer than it needs too, most items have at least one thing incorrect, and even when it's correct, it's prepared poorly. My wife got bacon on her non-meat order, my sandwich was missing a top, my nieces donut had a tiny strip of frosting on the top that was smashed against the wrapper it came in, and I sat at the drive thru window waiting for two cups of black coffee (that I could see sitting on the counter) for about ten minutes while the line built behind me.I hope the franchise owners have plans to train their employees better, because right now, they certainly need it.
Always out of the donuts I desire. My family loves apple fritters and they are out of them at least 60% of the time. They say we make donuts by demand, then why don't they make more, for they are always out. Just now the guy in front of me and the two behind me all ordered them, so 4 people in a row, and none of us got any. Management doesn't even care.
The barista had enough time to take a personal phone call while working instead of help me after messing up my drink. My second drink was the actual right size but still had no flavor or espresso. And they will not answer their phones to fix the situation. I ordered a medium iced caramel signature latte. So as a barista myself, I would love to know why I got a large macchiato with no flavoring. Absolutely pathetic.
Very slow service. I was in line for over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. When i got two window the emplyee keep trying to give me someone else's order. He said that is what it said i had. I keep telling him i did not order that. They need faster and more reliable customer service.
Friendly employees, good services, fresh food, and good drinks. Enjoyed my order 1 dozen glazed donuts, 1 dozen maple donuts, and a medium mocha ice latte. Quite delicious!

I love DD coffee, but this place is Dunkin Donuts in signage only. This is the worst DD franchise I have ever been too. It's sad because its close to my home, but I go out of my way to the one on Wyoming. I'm amazed the Juan Tabo store is still in business. Hopefully DD corporate will step in and correct it because this location is destroying its reputation. Horrible!
Love Dunkin Donuts!!!!! They are cheaper than any other donut place in town. They need to put more butter in their recipes because it will make the donuts softer. They also need to offer all their donuts on the ordering section of the web site and keep the price in store and the price on line the same. A bit more variety on donut flavors would be cool. As well as more holiday designs that kids would enjoy.
Love this place, Donuts are always exceptionally fresh, and we'll made. There Coffee is the perfect coffee to enjoy a donut with as well. Keep up the great work guys.
I love Dunkin’ but this location is not it. A few days ago I paid for my coffee and sandwich and sat at the window for 15 minutes waiting for the sandwich. They were like “uhh what are you still waiting for…?” I decided to give the location another try and it took 20 minutes to even make it to the speaker to order. Third chance ordered ahead for pick up inside 15 minutes ahead and wasn’t ready on arrival.
