It's always a pleasant visit. Great staff and good coffee. Not to mention the donuts. I usually get munchkins but I only got coffee this time.
I'm torn about giving them 4 or 5 stars. The customer service wad amazing and they are friendly and helpful, but it was a slow process in getting the food. They only have an extremely limited number of cooking machines so it really is not the workers fault, and they were really busy. It didn't help that I pur in a bigger than nornormal order. I give the workers 5 stars and the business 4 stars.
Both times that I've ordered for pickup through their app, my order was never made and I had to wait in line to ask them to make it. Once the employees understood the issue they made my order so im not blaming them. This is just an issue that seems to be ongoing. Food is ok. I miss Tim Hortons. Breakfast Croissant Sandwich pictured.
Worst Customer Service ever at this location. If you want to deal with ungrateful people who have a job go to this location. Ever since the original owners sold this location it has went downhill. Sorry it's not franchised owned cause it would have been dealt with. Waste of a building boycott this location. Shiw them customer service goes a long way.
I love this store. The employees are so nice. And the coffee is amazing. They make mine perfect every time. I will keep coming there. Thank you for being so great....
Staff is consistently rude and condescending. Very snippy, does not take Uber Eats orders seriously, and tends to treat us like 2nd class citizens.
They use dirty spoons, don’t answer phone calls, and don’t wash the coffee pots properly. I worked at a different coffee shop and the cleanliness is disgusting at Dunkin. Never work here!!! They have withheld my w-2 for months. I still have not received it after over 40 calls and visiting in person which is a 3 hour drive for me. Worst Dunkin by far.
Didn't know that menu varies depending on location. As for this one no eclairs and no chocolate filled powdered donuts the 2 we went there for. ? But still got some delicious goodies and the staff was super sweet. ?
This has good donuts however their customer service needs to improve. Went in for donuts for office, coffee, and egg breakfast item. Only part was good, were " the donuts".....service was just awful ....coffee had sugar...when I ordered no sugar, breakfast item had no eggs just cheese...then the cashier didn't want to refund the difference ? she just acted like oh well until I insisted for the refund. Maybe that it why they put sugar in my coffee and no eggs in my breakfast....COLD and MEAN cashiers work there. I wasn't even upset until I arrived at office and suprise...bad service, BAD PRODUCT. Called to speak with manager, was I formed that she was at a different site and they would.not give me her contact name or Information and then cashier HUNG UP on me.......last time I purchase from there. Definitely spread the word to family and friends.
This place was my college experience go-to for my afternoon energizer coffee. The staff were nice and fast in preparing my order. The location was convenient as well. I will return to this location over and over again.
