We live very close to this Dunkin Donuts on La Orilla. We were in the drive through and had ordered 4 large unsweetened iced teas. And some ice creams. The boy that was helping us that day said there was no boss or manager that day and that he could not give us a refund. Mainly due to this he did not give us are iced teas for 30 minutes. By that time the teas were already starting to melt.
If I am not worthy to enter the establishment, then the owner is not worthy of what's in my wallet. My car is not sold with a dinette set, open the doors because I can and have found an acceptable substitution called Donut Mart. I like DD but there is no substitution for face to face customer service.
Always have what I want available I could only ask that a half dozen be 7 items because I always have to leave 1 behind. Hahaha really I am a diabetic and should not endure so I share and freeze 2 just so I don't over do it. SO Good my childhood love,and the coffee a must have. Thank you for not being over the top just Perfect!
They were out of most of their ice cream and bananas. Not 32 flavors just 5 flavors.
Absolutely the worst! Slow and incompetent. Manager I believe was named Debbie is horrible with customers and staff, the most unpleasant and miserable person I've ever encountered in food service industry.
This general manager and Baker have tested positive for covid and serving the public with full knowledge of being sick has work during their contagious period. Beware this place of employment does no care for workers nor the public if you have been here in the past two weeks go get tested for covid. Unhealthy work conditions and they refuse to follow state guidelines and sanitize place of business.
I would not waste my time going to this location. The service is terrible if you can even manage to make it there while they’re open cause they always seem to closed 5 hours early. Today was my final straw after waiting for 30 minutes in a drive thru only behind 4 cars, I asked for TWO JELLY FILLED donuts and I received one GLAZED and one CHOCOLATE SPRINKLE donut. I don’t know how incompetent you have to be to mess up an order that easy but it seems like you guys need to do better or be shut down.
Extremely slow service, the guy in the counter was taking a order then making the order then taking the next order. With 4 employees in the store and only 2 working and 2 trying to look busy but not succeeding. It took 10 minutes for me to get my order and there was only 1 customer in front of me when I walked in. I understand that time are hard but TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. management in this store need to be replaced and someone who cares need to be in.
The Coffee is good. The parking and drive-thru are night mare if slightly busy.
Was here bc it's also a baskin robbins. I'm sure they have good doughnuts though.
