Dominoes corporate customer service has plummeted. You know order from a call center if you decide to call. No more talking to the store you order from, bad move, that just made a personal experience very impersonal, very disappointing. Food is good still, fortunately.
I really like this location No disappointment ever. Besides one thing their Drive through window is so terrible that the employees hit their head on the window all the time. And I felt bad this one girl she is short and was hard because she had to step up on a stole. And them to lean all the way out when I'm in my car just to hand the food over. They need to put in a NORMAL WINDOW STATION.
It's been an hour since I put my order in. Store does not answer phone. Waited on hold for 15 minutes. I was quoted 42-52 minutes. It's been an hour and they haven't even started my order. Never ordering from this place again. I hope they got my email complaint and canceled my order. It would be garbage food anyway if the food quality is anywhere close to the customer service.
I've been getting pizza from this Domino's for 40 years I've never had such a bad experience. The manager should be fired immediately. I will never go back to this location and I will tell everybody I know to avoid this store. The owner should take note that you are going to lose money because of your manager
Very busy tonight and a little frustrating. Poor kid working drive thru window was running around trying to balance everything but they got it done under pressure.
Staying at a nearby hotel. Ordered for pick-up. Pizza was good and staff very friendly. Would recommend.
By far the best pizza I have received from Dominos.. other location seem stingy .. I got my pizza right away at the drive thru .. guy that helped us at the window was very nice ..
This has become my go-to Dominoes in ABQ. Staff is always friendly and food is always hot and ready on time.
They are totally unprofessional they have messed up my order several times when I have contacted corporate they haven't done nothing about it... they miss my address they messed up my order they are rude on the phone... Just not to have to make the order right they hang up on you
My favorite place I love there drive up window thank you domino's.
