Food was made to order, staff was friendly and patient as we were first timers. Dining room was clean and food was good. We don't have restaurants like this in Denver anymore, thank you for a nice place to stop!
Lunch with all 3 grandkids. Very challenging, but we all enjoyed. Pizza, half pepperoni, half cheese, and a huge family sized chef's salad. Delicious.
Subs were soggy and skimpy this time around... overpriced as well. Come on Dions, we want fresh packed full veggies and meat, at least give us what we pay for.
Placed online order today, not my first time. Usually it’s spot on perfect. Today was different I realize a lot of business are short staffed. My sandwiches I had ordered 2 were put in the box and my pickle and chips were literally put inside the sandwiches not to the side but stuffed on top of the sandwiches. Looked like I got the bottom of the bag in chips just the crumbs. Very disappointed in presentation. After removing pickle and chips the sandwiches had to be warmed to finish melting the cheese. A little more effort next time. I will be back but feedback to staff is important.
I've never ordered a drive through pizza but I found the experience easy and pretty quick. The pizza was hot and delicious and the price was reasonable.
Customer service from Milenials is sucks.I ask for garlic powder as I always do and was told they don't have.Yea right like that's not what they used on their garlic bread....Thank you for nothing...
Ordered a family-sized Crunchy Spinach salad substituting spring mix for spinach & romaine. Also substituted feta cheese for the provolone. Added green chile. Paid over $17.00 for this salad. When I got home, the salad was not mounded but beneath the rim of the to-go container. Also, there were no edamame in the salad. Very disappointed! Won't be placing another order with this Dion's location!
First off, I want to say Dion’s pizza and salads are the best. I placed five carry out orders in the last three months. Out of the five orders, four were not correct. Once I ordered ranch dressing and when I got home I had Greek dressing. Another time I ordered a salad without bacon and got home, and it had bacon. Two other times my pizza was missing ingredients or ingredients I did not order were added. When I spoke to a manager they were “above and beyond” apologetic and even gave me a credit. They also offered to remake the pizza while I wait but that kind of defeats calling ahead for an order to be ready to go. One time while picking up at the drive-up window the young lady handed me two pizzas. I had to let her know I only ordered one pizza. “The managers are very professional.” “The staff are always friendly!” But the property (3810 Coors Blvd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105) has some operational issues. ☹ Because I really like the pizzas and salads I will continue to order from this branch because there is no other location near me. I live nine miles from this store. My suggestion would be to check your order before you leave.
Makiah and adrian helped me today they were very friendly and made my visit super enjoyable not to mention i got the best duke city with pineapple! Awesome food and employees?
Very different and unique pizza spot! Expected more of a typical restaurant sit down waiter/waitress feel, but was pleasantly surprised. While the seating & atmosphere feels as such, you can actually order at the counter, and then go sit at a bench of your choosing. Plenty of seating, compared to a typical pizza shop, and cozy old school style. We opted for slices rather than getting a whole pizza, due to going to the movies right after. We were in a time crunch, and they quoted us 10 minutes for our food, and it was ready in 11. Slices we’re awesome, hot, and fresh! Extremely impressive with how busy they were. Awesome first experience, 5/5.
