Great food when they get it right. This business is ran by a bunch of high-school kids which would be great if there would be people also that had more experience with customer service. Our order was all messed up, we explained and requested a manager 3 times to no avail only for a person to roll her eyes at us as finally the manager came to the desk. We waited 40 minutes for 2 half salads and a 10in pizza.
Great as always. Our favorite go to for pizza, just wish they could deliver. Love their salads and sandwiches.
Their pizza is always good and they make really good sub sandwiches... The people that work there are very respectful...
It was great. We were celebrating our grandson 12th birthday and Dions helped out in a big way by letting us store our ice cream cake in there fridge and providing us with birthday plates and cups so thank you ?
Pizza was taste but greasy. Left a stain on my car seat. Had to blot the pizza when I got home.Wish they would slice vegetables in the salads. The way they used to do it. Instead of dicing them. Make them taste and look more home style. I would still go back but not my every Friday tradition any longer.
This particular Dion's does a great job of making sure I don't get allergens in my food by accident once we alert them that that's an issue. They also give great customer service. Also, Dion's salad dressings have completely ruined me for the store-bought versions.
Pizza was very greasy, ordered garlic sticks but got cheese instead, son cant have cheese sticks, ordered chef salad, lettuce tasted old, ranch tasted different and the ham had a weird taste. My son ate some of my salad and we have been sick since. I moved out of state and came back to visit, decided to eat there because i use to love it. I will no longer, they have ruined it for me. Place and food have changed definitely. I still have family there but will not eat there again
Just had my first disappointing meal at Dions. I called it in, the young man repeated it and it was correct. Picked it up, got all the way home and was shorted a sandwich, the marinara sauce for the cheesy bread and the salad dressing for my salad. ????????
Counter help was alittle slow in taking the order. Salad came out before our pizza which was nice. Pizza was hot and fresh and tasted great.We ordered 2 brownies and were very disappointed as they were very hard and dry, took them back and they just exchanged them. No sorry or anything. Atleast the replaced 1's were slightly better.
Eye. Heart. Dions. That’s how old I am. They are good! Staff is great too. Prices are competitive and their stores are always well kept and maintained. That drive thru is out of hand though. Not sure if it’s anything the company can fix. They are just always busy.
