First of all, pizza was very good. It was hot, and the thin crust was crispy and tasty. A little pricey for the amount, but worth it for a better quality of pizza. Unfortunately, I couldn't give it 5 stars because for a split second, I almost walked out. This was because I was in shock when i saw the young lady at the cash register who took my money and handed me my pizza. She was covered, I mean COVERED! in dog or cat hair. I get a small amount of hair (which is still pretty gross and unsanitary for any food handler), but this was excessive animal hair. I'm not understanding why management did not catch this as it is a major turn-off for many folks, and probably goes against their internal hygiene standards. No one wants the potential of hair getting into their food. The only reason I didn't walk out is because it was late in the evening, I'm from out of town and dont know the area, and hadn't eaten all day. I was at the point of starvation. Like I said, the pizza tasted great and I didn't find any hair in my food, but I won't be returning to this establishment.
We don't have a Dion's in our town, so when we go to the "big city" we usually go to a Dion's because it is consistently good food, a clean atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable for this day and age, and the portions are great.

Don’t bother coming here for lunch. I got 2 slices of pizza and a drink. It took 15 minutes past the pickup time to even get my food. They didn’t bring it out to me and I had to drive back up to the pickup window to get my order where the employee was sarcastic and rude about me coming back up.Multiple cars came after me and only had to wait a few minutes for their food. When I called the store they said my order was just coming out. It took another 10 minutes before I even received my order. People place pickup orders ahead of time so they don’t have to wait 20+ minutes to get their food. There was absolutely no point and no reason my order shouldn’t have been brought out on time.
Order placed online with a 30 minute wait time. I sent my boyfriend to go pick up the order and he was told it would be longer. He sat inside for an extra 45 minutes and was told by the cashier the food was never marked as ready so it just sat there. After he got home I reached out to the manager to request compensation for a “dead” pizza since they only offered to remake it. Why would we wait even longer? Manager Alissa kept putting me on hold without warning and making excuses when we asked for resolution. Customer service was horrible and we were offered a remake of the nasty pizza and a free brownie. We definitely will be taking out business somewhere where they care about customer service.
ordered online for a 1200 pick up 7 large pizza order was made at 930 am waited 15 minutes in drive through line was told they just out ot in the oven will be 10 minutes. it is now 1228 still no pizzas
Our flight attendant recommended this place to us and our kid likes pizza so we checked it out for lunch. Casual atmosphere (counter service), friendly service, the pizza was excellent. I really liked the cheddar, turkey, jalapeno pizza - it was like a jalapeno popper. Get some ranch to go with, it's worth the 50-some-odd cents.
The green chili and pepperoni pizza is an experience worth having. The restaurant is clean and the booths are spacious this place felt much more like a restaurant than a pizza parlor.they aslo sell bottles of their specialty ranch for take home. Green chili ranch! Yum!
Great food, pretty fast service
COVID and the hospital workplace have become stressful, frustrating for families that have limitations placed on them coming and going, CONSTANT activity for Healthcare employees. Needing some relief, I received permission to order pizza for patients, family members and staff at Presbyterian.DIONS was able to complete an order for 26 PIZZAS within the hour. I paid in the drive through and the pizzas were brought out front and placed directly in my car.Perfect! A+!
