put less cheese on the pizza... seriously not understanding why its so hard to put a nice even proportion of cheese everytime. please invest in cheese scales so you can create better product. this place would be so much better if my pizza wasn't falling apart. I would provide a photo but I don't want to turn off customers that badly. The problem to be clear is the pizza is very sloppily made. The person making the pizza thinks loading it with cheese is a good idea and it's not..It makes for extremely soggy, messy pizza. I wouldn't even eat here if it was for my family wanting it.. Truly you're getting business changing advice for free. You never know what you're going to get when you eat here..Too much cheese, not enough sauce.. It's not consistent. DON'T be fooled by the 5 star reviews because people know dions as albuquerque staple like lotaburger..They can serve out a million bad burgers/pizzas and it's simply not going anywhere
My family and I love dions. They are absolutely delicious most of the time, however, our experiences seem to have gone downhill… I’ve definitely had my fair share of missing items from my order such as dressings, etc. We order here so often. We love the pizza, subs, salads, so you can imagine that it feels pretty messed up when the employees treat you poorly. One of which, we had ordered all our food, got a chef salad, with mix on side. They ended up putting everything on side, but forgot our eggs, which I added extra of them as well. We call, the manager says we can drive all the way back to get them… was so rude on the phone with my mom. She said just forget it. Another, is I ordered 2 subs with fruit, took it all the way 40 min to deliver order to a family member, and fruit cup was left opened, and the juiced soaked all into sandwich. It was disgusting. Didn’t bother to call because didn’t want to the rudeness from another manager again. Just disappointing when I put a lot of money into this establishment to be treated poorly.
Worst Dion's in the world! Ordered half a chef salad with turkey and romaine substitute, but all I received was a salad with romaine and turkey!!! Like what?! No eggs, croutons, cheese,tomatoes, nothing... this was not a hard order... I'm confused!
They always do a good job. The pizza is so yummy! You could try the Dion's Special or make your own.
The sub ? sandwiches, ? pizza & brownies are amazing ? the employees are great? very ? friendly and helpful. The restaurant is spacious and always clean along with the restrooms ? and parking lot. For ? call in orders there's a drive ? thru
Dion’s is delish. We took the kiddos and had a cheese pizza, a chef’s salad and a Turkey sub. Everything was excellent. Employees were super friendly and our food was spot on. Definitely recommend this location.
Came here on a recommendation from a friend who used to live locally. It did not disappoint! Pizza and salads were all great. Service was great too!
Awful. The only great part was the manager, Travis, and the register clerk, Zane, if it wasn't for them they would have only received one star. I wasn't expecting that the speciality pizza was filled with green chili. I am certain that the locals know and appreciate this, however, I did not. The manager made it right without a problem. When I first ordered my Greek salad (huge and delicious! ) they brought it out and I realized it was too much for me to finish, so I asked for a to go box. The snippy attendant grabbed it and slowly put it into a To go box, brought it back and I said thank you and she just walked away. Then at the end of our dinner I went to the counter and there were 5 to 6 teenage employees goofing off and practicing handshakes and I had to ask for help after standing in line for 5 minutes. When I asked they told me that I had to go through Zane and he had 3 people in line. I had to ask the manager for a box. Going back to Mario's Pizza where the pizza and the service are always good and consistent.
Excellent pizza dining took about 15 minutes before we had our food but for fresh pizza that's good
I've been going here for 30 years. Good local spot. Pastrami provolone with Greek is my recommendation.
