I've ordered here twice. The first time the food was delicious. My second order was placed today. The sandwich buns were smashed and stale. Two top buns on mine and two bottom buns on my son's sandwich. The meat was all fat. It was inedible. There was no sauce. My side was missing and the Mac and cheese was days old. The food today was gag-worthy. Never again. Also there was what looks like plastic in my meat. Disgusting.
This place has such bad customer service, store upkeep, and the quality of most of the food is HORRENDOUS. I only order one item and that is because I am disabled and have a difficult time cooking most of the time and have not been able to find it anywhere else. We don't go into eat as the place is that unclean( tables, floors, BATHROOM,bbq/condiments area, drink station, kitchen area ect...), smelly( THE STENCH from the restroom is smellable thru most of the restaurant), the kitchen staff wear pj's, torn clothes and are generally gossiping amoungst each other and ignoring or RUDE AS FU(K to customers. The orders are late, the meat is tepid at best and beyond dry, the sauce has very little flavour, and the meat portions are underweight, more fat than meat and the sides are atrocious. The portions are adult prices for kids sizes( the cups are less than half full) The ONLY reason I patron this restaurant is the onion tanglers......i/we order the large and pick it up at the door. The seasoning is nice and heavy usually. The onions are thinly sliced and easily eaten when my jaw is sore(tmj from jaw injury years ago). They say food will be ready at x time but be prepared to wait an extra 20 or 30bminutes. The current problem is that despite Google saying they are open phone is not being answered ALL evening 3 days in a row with repeated calls...it rings a dzn times and asks you for a voice-mail authorization number or something like that. When you leave a bad review you get an automatic response to contact them but apparently they don't respond to that either. I'm convinced the good reviews are friends and family or fake accounts from staff trying to combat bad reviews mostly. Lots of what looks like publicity shots ect. Please this business needs a MASSIVE OVERHAUL. It's been shut down by the health. Department. Employees would not wear masks or wear them on their chins. Please, please, please do better
just had my first experience from this place and i won’t lie i don’t eat bbq a whole lot. the sides were 10/10 the potato casserole , roll and beans were delicious! the sweet sauce was ok and the pulled park was only mid. the burnt ends were soooo dry ! again i don’t eat bbq a ton so i’m not sure if they’re supposed to be like that ? they were so hard and dry i could hardly eat it ! all in all as a hungry pregnant person just looking for something new to try it was pretty all right. 3.7/5
Missing food items from 3 meat plate, 2 -2 meat plates. Beware! Mgmnt does not answer the phone. Fryer is out of order ao okra & fries are off the menu. Just a sad performance twice. Go to Rudys where they wont serve you slices of beef fat & no meat, mussing ribs.
The food is good, but don't expect your curbside order to be ready on time. 3 times I've ordered for curbside pickup and all 3 times they were at least 15 minutes late. Don't bother trying to call because it's always a busy signal
Seriously? This was my first order on the app, and with all that meat and the sides that were ordered, they couldn't include any sauce whatsoever? Or pickles and side stuff that were ordered and charged? Good thing I had a bottle of sauce at the house or this would have been a disaster. Deleting the app.

I can honestly say I will never order from this store again. I called to inform the night manager that half my order was missing!! The meat is dry and junk. In all honesty our pet didn't even want the dry over cooked meat. The sides are not included or they just didn't have them. I even asked if everything was in the bag and they said yes. It wasn't.Here is the kicker, a BBQ joint with NO BBQ sauce. Lol but resevered from informing me. Honestly dumbfounded that the place has not been closed down yet.The night manager whos name i got but wont reveal publicly decided to tell me if they don't tell the customer or close the store they would lose to much money, ? I think they will lose money by not having customers, to which she hung up the phone lolavoid this place, read the reviews over the last few months. They are taking customers money and not fulfilling orders. It is sad for companies to operate at such a low standard.
