When pass thru town we always make sure we eat some dickeys first time at this location we've eaten at other locations in town and the service was more friendly the food was not cold or as dry. Or the bisquet cold like this location we won't go here no more at this location but will go to other side of town to get dickeys ribs
Ordered food through door dash for mother's day for my Mom and my family. Sides were substituted without notice. My daughter's meal didn't arrive, the bbq sauce didn't arrive, the extra pickles didn't arrive. Called the location the food came from and nobody answered the phone. The food was not very good, especially having bbq with no sauce. The brisket was nothing but fat, I will never order from this place again.
Ordered online. The mobile page took my order and money, said it was received, said it progressed to being smoked, then went to supposed inspection level, then at the bagging level I went to pick it up. There was a note on the door that said sorry closed due to system down. Ok I get it however what’s with the app going thru all the levels; now I’ve call the place for two days at multiple time with no answer. Called customer service twice and they are very sorry for me but cannot refund my order, only the owner can. So they have my money, I have no product.

I stop at this dickeys to pick up dinner for the fam pretty regularly and everybody loves it when I get home. They have options to make the kids and adults happy and their ribs are mazing. The kids really loved the mac and cheese too. Who are we kidding, so did the adults.
How does this place stay open? Food is horrid overall..ordered smoked turkey, brisket and green beans with bacon and onion...green beans are CANNED...limp and gross..Brisket was two strips of sad,fatty meat not edible...smoked turkey was decent,but only thing worth eating...my partner likes the burnt brisket ends,but we were both appalled by the appearance and taste of the kielbasa...just NASTY...Mac and cheese was passable,tasted like a box mix...do yourself a favor and skip it.Hard pass from me!
If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I placed an order and my uber eats driver contacted me to let me know you guys closed at 8pm. According to them these are your "winter" hours. If that is the case you should update your website. You guys are quick to take people's money but not post your actual hours. I will not order from here again. And I will make sure to let my friends and family who eat here often know.
Great place to eat BBQ. I like their sandwiches ALOT and tried them several times. Each time I get new one so I know which one the best. So far like all of them. Thank you!
Huge, huge shoutout to the woman whose name I don’t think I even got at Dickey’s on Wyoming. When the Uber Eats app transmitted and delivered only 1/4 of our order, she took the correct order by phone and personally delivered it within 30 minutes - including a complimentary cookie - despite the error not being the restaurant’s fault. She really saved our (very bad) day. Consider me loyal to Dickey’s on Wyoming for life.
