Dani was an amazing funny attentive server! She really knows how to make someone feel like they have know her for a long time! Food was great and came out quickly! Thank you again for an amazing experience at dennys Dani!!!
I’m not gonna lie. I only visit Denny’s when I know I have more than enough time. I’ve always just had bad experiences over the years. That’s until I stopped at this location in the middle of the night while passing through town. And I’m so happy that I did, otherwise I would have never met the incredible Bailey!! This girl really made our experience worth it! She was polite and courteous on the phone when I called to see if they were open. She instantly greeted us with. Huge smile at the door when we walked in. She knew the menu very well and made sure to suggest her favorites. She made sure our coffee was always filled. She educated us on the area, joked with us and my favorite thing…. She sang for us! Ok, not literally at our table singing. But we kept encouraging her to sing out loud as she cleaned and did her side work. If I ever get lucky enough to be near this location again, I’ll make sure to swing by just because of Bailey!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. You’re such a beautiful soul!
Best dennys in town! We came from Texas and Angel made us feel right at home! she is the best waitress, and gave us the best service!
We love Dennys and I want to make it very clear that we will be back and they did a great job with customer service, but this visit was horrible because of short staffing. Almost 3 hours to get fed and my fries and Patty Melt were overcooked, as were my guests pancakes.
The restaurant was not clean, dust on all hanging lights. Napkins were not given we had to ask for them. We had to ask for lettuce, tomatoes and onion for the cheeseburger ( really?) Service also was not up to par. Nothing is worse than feeling like you are bothering people you pay for service.
The location is OK and the employees try hard... But the online ordering ruins it completely. Frustrating! Online orders keep getting blocked online, and unless your name is Smith or Jones you don't get a response to fix it. Tried several times over several months and nobody responds to me. If I have to take time to call in an order, I'll just go elsewhere.
Came here to order breakfast. I ordered online for curbside pickup and then drove to the location (5 mins).After the recommended 20 minutes I drove to the Denny's and called the number to tell them I was there and ready to pickup the order. No answer. I waited a couple minutes and tried again, no answer. I tried every number option on the phone menu trying to get to a phone that would be answered and no luck.After it hit 35 minutes from the time I ordered I called corporate to cancel it and get a refund.I wont be back.
The food is good, environment is welcoming and there is an exceptional elderly employee whom is the cashier/waitress/host - she seems to do everything without complaining - and seems to be there every time we visit. I have not once seen her in a poor mood.It's worth visiting the Denny's on Coors and Iliff in Albuquerque just to see this woman work and to show some appreciation by tipping her well.
