We went to this restaurant to have a light lunch and we ended up sadly not getting what we ordered. My friend ordered chicken alfredo broccoli with mushroom I ordered french fries and our other partner ordered mozzarella sticks, when the food finally came the mozzarella sticks was cold my, French fries were hot but the chicken alfredo broccoli with mushroom was rotten you could smell it you could see it and you could definitely taste it my friend was very disappointed in her meal she sent it back to the kitchen and a manager was told. Manager comped her food. So they asked what you would like instead of the chicken and she ordered toasted English muffin and we got some baked biscuit that wasn't even toasted, the mozzarella sticks were cold the cheese was not gooey like it normally is when it comes straight out of an oil fryer. Sad experience overall we will not be back. The manager of the kitchen eventually comped the whole thing. We will not be back.
This Denny's use to be the best one in town. I don't know if it is the lack of staff or just uncaring attitude of the staff. The food was absolutely awful. Cold, overcooked, wilted salad and not even the right order. They had run out of avacado and Mac and cheese. We were given our food without silverware and most of us actually started eating are food using are pancakes like tortillas because it took so long to get silverware. A few in our group ordered the all you can eat breakfast special but who wants to ask for another serving when it took about 30-40 minutes to get the original plate. The attitude of our waitress was not a pleasant one with many eye rolls when we asked her for silverware, napkins or where the rest of our food was. At the beginning of our meal we asked for separate checks and were told " It is not a problem you can separate it at the register" This was untrue and we waited at least 25-30 minutes for the manager/cook to fix all of our bills. I understand that this is a busy location and there were 8 of us but we went at a time that the rush was coming to end and by the time received our food there was only a couple of tables with customers. Sad for me to say that this was by far one of the worst experience at a Denny's me and my family have ever had.
OK, I had the patty melt and it was pretty good. The service was fine. The big BIG downside, it smells horrible in the restaurant and worst in the men's bathroom. It's been like that the last two times I've been in there. I won't go back, that smell is just nasty. I do not recommend this place. Don't check this place out!
If I could I would be putting a zero stars. Horrible service about 5 of them hanging at the counter took about 20 min just to get water the whole time we didn't get utensils and only checked on once during the time there. She saw we wanted to go and says oh ill be back...never mind walks away. Worst place to come eat. Food was good wont be blaming the cooks but the service was a zero.
I absolutely love this Dennys and their staff! The waitress was so polite and made my good friends birthday so special, favorite Dennys in Albuquerque by far! They’re always so kind and always so fun to joke around and laugh with!
The night Crew Brandy and James are the best. Really miss Brandy but James is excellent in her place. The day crew and manager are extremely rude. Employee told myself as a Doordasher that they do not worry about call in orders or Delivery orders until all in store customers are served first
I want to start by saying the waitress was wonderful she was so nice. The only problem is when you walk in there is this smell, I don't know how to describe it but it made me sick. I thought it was just me but my son smelt it too. Whatever the problem is they need to fix it.
Came here late at night. James is the best server in the entire restaurant. He's friendly and fun and made us this special shake which tasted very good and looked even prettier. Food was great. James was awesome :D
Ordered a veggie omelet to go, it's the best damn omelet I've ever had in my life. That's what's up!! THANK YOU guys and the ladies were super nice too. Gracias
I have to say this is definitely the best location, Been coming here for years. Food is great never had any complaints. A bit understaffed and had to wait about five minutes to be seated, but other than that if you're looking for a hot meal with friendly service this is the place to go. Great variety of breakfast Lunch and dinner.
