Service was second to none. I had chicken fried steak and eggs. It was perfect. My better half had the basic ham and eggs with a side of biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately after getting it remade twice we figured out it was the sausage that tasted like soap or a mild cleanser. I must say it was very clean, nicely decorated and still looked like a brand new facility.
I typically don't come to this one because its far away from my home but for this night i came with my friends it was the only one close to my job and open 24 hours.I like to add one specific person, a server. His name is Santiago, and i like to add this specific person is a down to earth very friendly server, his vibe and his chillax mood this morning was the best! ??? very excellent server. We need more people like him during these work hours, an outstanding service we got from all of his smiles and hospitality.He got our orders in time. Gave me glasses of water pumped out of the well with his own bare hands. I should come by to this Denny's after-hours from work at least for coffee and a chit chat. A diner is suppose to be a great time and server Santiago made that happen he was above and beyond!
This was actually one of the worst experiences of my life. We ordered a pretty big order online and my son went to pick it up. When he got home half the order was missing. I called and spoke to the manager and she said it was impossible for the cook to have missed anything. I assured her that someone had missed something because our order was short a bunch of food. She again, said that her cook never makes mistakes. I went back over there and she told me about her sister dying and I felt bad. She made some more food and when I got it home, there were still items missing. She said she would make it right but that her boss was out of town. They never called to make it right and I will NEVER go to that location again. We've had several issues with this location. Beware! I have never left a review in my life but that's how bad it was. They ripped me off and never made it right.
Shittiest service tons of people waiting to be seated with tables empty waiting to be cleaned off while employees are just staring around on their cellphones
Yes food is delicious and our waitress Theresa was awesome, excellent customer service!
They were busy and only had one waiter. Tim was his name. He was a beast. Taking care of 8 or 9 tables all by himself. Made no mistakes, was very attentive and quick to help. The kitchen was good. Everything came out perfect. And it was Denny's. We love Denny's it's a go to with a small group lol.
Definitely my worst Denny's experience. I get you're short staffed and all.. But, having to ask for drinks twice... Then asking for our food... It should come out when it's in the window.. we got our food before our drinks.. food was decent I'll give it that. I still tipped 18% because I'm a server and I get being short staffed on a Saturday night... But, definitely remember your orders or write drinks down if you're that busy. $60 meal for two, I wasn't impressed with this location and won't be back.
Met parents for breakfast. They were quick to seat us, but when we went to pay they were busy with other stuff. Had a line waiting to be seated and to pay. Needed more help or pay attention or people will walk out.
So went in to eat lunch and ordered and everything we ordered they did not have nothing came 2 times to tell us they did not have what we ordered at this time wanted to get up and leave just got out of hospital after all night very hungry so had no choice but to order a sandwich that I could have made at home and still taste. Better me and family usually love this place the worst ever the server was the best not her fault after all we should have gotten at least a discount
Server was friendly and environment was clean. I recommend the Santa Fe Sizzling Skillet, was pretty good :)
