I called the number on the sign. Received no answer 3 times. While three employees looked right at me. At the curbside. I went in and was told only the manager answers the phone. I’ve gone only here when not wanting to cook but want breakfast, 4 years. This is the first time. Not okay I usually tip in cash because of this.missing my extra egg I paid for. My entire team at so está orders here. Night Shift has no skills with customer service. You don’t even say anything and they have a attitude.
We loved our server Judy. She was prompt and very friendly. Always checking up on us even during the lunchtime rush hour. Food was great and of course the service was too. We had problems with our debit card while checking out and the card wasn't being recognized and Judy was very patient with us and this was all during lunch rush. We finally got the card situated and everything was fine. But with the whole lunch rush and our card situation Judy was perfect and held it all together. That's honestly what I call a great server.
Placed an online order with my confirmation email saying it would be ready at 7:01 pm. Arrived a few minutes later and was told it was almost ready. 7:45 came around and I just wanted a refund since I had already paid in full plus tip. Made me late for work, and get home to drop off my kids and food was not warm. Burger was well over cooked to the point the patty only covered half the bun. Didn't get my order right, and the waiter knowing they didn't have my sides I ordered, didn't even ask if I wanted to substitute it. Just kept repeating himself that it's not his fault and it was the cooks fault. Overheard the cook tell the waiter about the sides, and the waiter said he doesn't care just get the order ready. The rest of the food was just sitting on the counter getting cold.
Loved this location the waitress worked so hard not just for our table, but for almost everyone. She kept coming back to refill my cup, before I asked. She made sure our needs were met. I was so impressed with her work ethic and service I tipped her very well and gave her a hug before we left!
The worst place ever Will never come back. The wait is over an hour. They told us this after we had waited for some one to say something 10 mins later, all three people who was working in the front looked at all people who was waiting and not one time did they said nothing. All they did was looked and walked away. They had enough people working, more then other times. One guy before us, was waiting for his food (to go) over an hour. And no manager to be seen. Super bad service. They need better workers.
This place has been so busy I rate them 5 stars.. the service is outstanding with the few people that work and bust their behinds. I waited quite a bit for a order. the host was amazing cuz she was by herself and her accent was polish and super nice and got things done. I would give her a raise. The cooks in back did really outstanding with what little workers they had . Thanks I'll be back

I arrived at 12:56 am, just before they closed for diningThe waiter was very polite, seated me immediately.I had the grandslam breakfast which arrived about 8 minutes after I was seated, cooked as I requested and very goodSo good I ate all of it pancakes includedI also ordered take out which was ready at the same time I devoured my order.Great timing
I went on Thursday morning the food was really good and the waiter was really nice he kept on giving us coffee refills without us having to call and wait for him, it was really busy at the time that I was there. We loved the service!
Spectacular. The waitress that recommend both white and brown gravy is a genuis. She was so spectacular. We will be coming back not just for the food but the customer service
