Believe me when I say I love Del Taco. Before moving to Albuquerque I would eat here 6 or 7 times a week. However, this Del Taco is trash. The quality of the food is not up to par with other locations, and they have gotten my order wrong both times that I've gone. It's as if the employees don't understand the word "crispy" even after hearing it literally four times.
Couldn't even go inside the door was locked and bout 3 employees just looked at me and pretended I wasn't there. They let my homie in so he brought the food out to me the burrito was aight but the fires were completely raw place is honestly a last resort
My favorite Del Taco in the area. Night manager is always nice and fast! Mornings are also good for a quick breakfast snack. Food is always prepared well, too.
I've tried to give them a 4th chance, and they have failed miserably. For instance, they have got to fire that manager. It seems the nicer people are to her, the meaner she is. They, without fail, always get the order wrong. Once mentioning it to them, they dismiss you verbally. I think they need to go through a rehiring process. I've been going to this location for 4 years, and I've never received treatment like this. My rec...go to another location.
They used to be better lately they have been holding out on the meat and cheese. The tacos used to be huge and filling. No I have to break off half the shell just like Taco Bell because they don't want to fill them up
the workers are so rude and they made a mistake on my order and REFUSED TO FIX IT!!! I would recommend a different location.
I’m a regular here, meaning I door dash and Uber , so these hard working staff are used to seeing me pick up orders. Sometimes after working I will cave and grab me something for a late dinner from here and they always complete my order and are friendly . I realize they may have long lines, however the inpatient people need to remember that they are one of the only places opened in the middle of the night. So either wait like an adult or dismiss yourself . Do not take it out on the hard working people that make your 3 am meal possible.
The last couple of times here our order was missing items but, in their defense, they are under staffed & were completely busy inside the restaurant & in drive thru. A few mistakes won't stop us from coming here. We enjoy the good food & smiling faces when we eat here.
WORST CUSTOMER!!! I placed an order for chips and guacamole and 2 fish tacos. I got home and discovered I got the chips with no guacamole and beef tacos instead of fish tacos. I called the store 5 times back to back and nobody would answer the phone. I drove all the way back to the store, went inside and explained to the manager what happened. (Politely). He then asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted them to remake my order. I told him I was pretty upset that I had to drive all the way back and called several times an nobody answered the phone. His response was “we’re to busy”. I said you’re to busy to answer your restraints phone? He answered with Yes. I told him I would like my correct order to which he responded, we’ll make it in a bit. This DelTaco on Montgomery in Albuquerque, New Mexico is a HORRIBLE representation of the DelTaco Chain
Drive thru girl was pleasent but all 4 orders if fries where ice cold and when I walked it to replace them, the lobby was so busy with only one person working the counter I just walked out.
