I was immediately greeted with happy faces.. there were 2very friendly girls working there.. they got a big rush of like 20 customers and they got it handled quickly..very friendly environment..n good communication skills
Usually no lower than 3 Star…. Today barely a 1. Understaffed by 2 teenagers that are behaving badly….. with half a dozen friends that are drinking SBUX stuff…. place is backed up out the door…..
So good. I love their pretzels. I like getting birthday cakes here too.
Was told by a rude employee that if I wanted to do a curbside pickup that my ONLY option was to order on their app and she refused to let me order by phone. The next time I went a different employee told me the same thing and refused my order. I explained to him that the drinks that we order are NOT on the app. He did not care and refused taking my order. Both of these most recent times we went there there we NO customers inside the store. So refusing orders may not be in your best interests.
***update. Changed from a 3 start to a 1 star. This location can thank Tristian for the lower rating. Beyond lazy. There are three people working inside. WHY? I have no idea because its completely empty inside. It's probably empty because your paying people to turn away customers.I usually give places 5 stars or 1 star. Typically there is no inbetween. I have been to this location twice. I have recently discovered that this is the last location in Albuquerque tht sells Orange Julius. The first time I went here the girl working was fantastic. She went above and beyond. Did a call in order, super friendly, extremely quick, no issues with processing payment. Second time we went the girl that day was having a horrible day. She didn't want to do a pick up order but decided to do it because she figured out we could see her from our car and there was only one customer sitting at the table. She then proceeded to pretend that she couldn't run our payment because it was a debit card and "wouldn't let her unless we gave her my PIN." She said she wasn't new and that she was some kind of manager. It's hard to believe that there is such a difference in the quality of the customer service at the same location. The Orange Julius was delicious both times, however.
Bought a small strawberry cheese quake blizzard..it was good but they never mix it to the bottom so mostly only vanilla ice cream near the bottom
Ordered two Chilli cheese dogs with onions to go. No cheese,no onions, Chilli super burnt and dry, looked absolutely disgusting like it was a week old.Train your staff on standards and to follow instructions.
