This was the worst service I have ever had in my life. The man that worked there was very rude. I was helping my son pick out an ice cream flavor and he straight up told me to move so he can help the lady behind us. Instead of helping us pick a good flavor he told me to move! I love Dairy Queen but I will NEVER step foot in this branch again! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

This was our family's first visit in a out 5 years, this also was the first fast food restaurant we've been to that actually had our food ready upon arrival (online order) although they didn't have one item that we ordered( grilled chicken sandwich) they quickly apologized and offered the fried one. Fries were hot and delicious and the kids really enjoyed their meal. It was a easy and fast dinner and we well definitely be back due to quality and convenience.
Manager (female, 50's) so rude. How does she keep her job? Illogical and unreasonable. Don't even try to have an intelligent conversation with her. Hateful experience there. Go to any other Dairy Queen
The problem is the blizzards are busting out the side every time and leaking everywhere. Teach the workers to be more gentle
They made us order outside and then would let us come in to eat our icecream. Weird

Stopped by after doing some shopping with my wife. Not really very crowded, but they were very slow. We waited patiently, assuming they were short-handed like so many other businesses. Then we noticed that the young man working as the cashier was not doing anything, while the other 2 employees were busting to get the orders out. He never made any attempt to help them and move the line along. He then looked at us and asked if we had a mask. My mask was in my pocket, as I had forgotten to put it on when we entered. I proceeded to put the mask on, and while I was adjusting it, he very rudely told me to pull the mask up higher over my nose than it was while I was putting it on. We left and will never return again. This kid with his bad attitude needs to be fired!
Nice location/atmosphere and great food glad to see some dairy queens still left in the northeast heights there aren't as many of them nowadays so might as well take advantage
