I loved the ice cream but I had a gift card $20 and the total was 20.92 ok but even tho they scanned the card they charged $20 extra to our personal card after we asked for the manager and the manager probably failed math class but she said that all she got off the card was 92 cents and we owed 20 so we paid and left and called the number on the card and they said that we were right and that we needed to call another number we called it and it says that the place that we called was closed and we still haven’t been funded

Every time I order a large blizzard they give me a cup half empty. I asked the sales person why can't they fill up my blizzard and his response was they are running out of ice cream. Good luck all the vehicles behind me.

Bad service. Half empty blizzard. Ice cream shortage I guess.

One of the oldest Dairy Queens around. Service was barely existent had to wait at walk up window when no one else was in line. Building needs upgrades desperately. They only take credit or debit cards no cash. The blizzard was very runny and not thick ( they didn't flip it upside down and just showed it into or hands and walked away.

Idk any of the workers names here but theres a girl who's so nice and she accidentally made our ice cream wrong so she was so kind when she remade it for us and she gave us a drink with a great discount so :)

Worst customer service ever. The ladies who were working, are extremely immature. Had a simple order and it took longer than need be, to receive. Then we were kept at the window while they chit chat, and then forgot our drink. Will not be returning.

My husband and I went to the DQ on Isleta, and we usually share a peanut buster parfait. Our to go spot for DQ, is usually the one off coors. But, we settled for this isleta location, for 1st and last time here on Isleta location. My negative is the cashier was lazy to take my order, 2nd, peanuts were old, 3rd, the peanut buster parfait had little chocolate on top and bottom. Where's the middle chocolate? DQ on coors makes it all right!

Good customer service. They were very busy and still managed to get orders out fairly fast and with a smile.

Oldest Dairy Queen in Albuquerque a must try. Enjoy your ice cream cone while viewing the South Valley hood.

So I drive by this Dairy Queen and it's always closed...So is it permanently closed or just closed for the Fall and Winters months cuz there is no other DQ in the South Valley that I Know of
