I freely confess, my name is Alan and I'm a Dairy Queen addict. I love DQ have since I was a kid. The dining room was closed, they don't have enough staff, but the drive through was open. I always appreciate a business that the employees seem to enjoy working at, and that describes this place. Young kids that were laughing and smiling while they served me, and I got an ice cream out of the deal. Five stars all the way around.
I usually receive good product from this location. I went and purchased a small blizzard with extra snickers and the ice cream came out partially melting already and there was no snickers to be found just small bits of chocolate pieces for $6.26 I think they should make sure the product that they are delivering through a drive-through window Is worth what they are charging. Trash… won't be back
This place really smacks! Food is always on point and nothing beats a hot, fresh, crispy chicken tender meal with hot gravy. Then to top it off for a only $1 more you can do a blizzard instead of a sundae and the Drumstick peanut blizzard is the best thing since slice bread! Other than this place always bumpin (because it's bomb) I'll always recommend this DQ. Oh and great service too!
I have to say I was very displeased with what I got. I used uber to get my meal from here. First off I was charged for 2 burgers and only got 1, secondly they made my uber driver sit and wait for the meal for about 10 min, which I'm guessing was just sitting there getting cold because the 5 min drive that my uber had to drive to get to me wouldn't have left it as cold as the food was. The burger I got was the absolute worst tasting burger I've had in my life. They also only gave me 4 ketchup packets for 3 burgers in all and frys...I guess a packet per person? Smh. Uber was kind enough to refund me for the missing burger I hope it comes from dairy queen. This was nothing to do with uber. I hope dairy queen can figure out what happened here and fix it for next time. I love dairy queen and always love going to them. I guess I ordered on a bad night or something.Update: came here again today and they were out of so many items. Cheese curds, salads, cotton candy, which was all on the window posted that they were out. So I order a dilly bar instead..."oh were all out of dilly bars" whoever is in charge of stocking this place needs either get more training or be replaced.
Went to grab some lunch at this particular dairy Queen, ordered a grilled cheese sandwich two of them, I asked if I could have them in a combo I was told yes, when my order got to me it had no fries in it, I was told I had to buy the fries separately which the lady was incorrect, I asked for a refund, the manager came out and gave me the refund and told me the associate that brought me the food said I cussed her out, I did not use any profanity towards the young lady don't know where she guitar by making accusations such as those, instead of making things right manager says she threw the sandwiches away for me to have a nice day, ???, I've been going there for many years today was going to be my last day going there horrible customer service.
I ordered the new rotisserie chicken basket and had to move out of the line to wait and this is what I got for almost $8.00, tried calling to complain but when you call all you get is answering machine saying they can’t take your call and you can’t leave a message and then they give you the hours of operation. Very disappointing! And not that great! If I could have left a negative star, rather than a gold 1 star, I would have.
I had to go before the end of the year. I got the candy cane blizzard and I absolutely loved it ?. I also ordered the $6 bacon cheeseburger combo and it was good. I'm not a burger person I dislike ground beef and that burger was just done right.
The lobby is closed for business. If my family and I are not good enough to enter, order and sit down as a patron, then this company is not good enough for me to open my wallet for. My car does not come with a dining set.
All the DQ in Albuquerque are drive thru only even though some of them show dine- in on Google maps. I was riding my motorcycle and didn't like to go to drive thru.
Peanut butter Reese's Cup, legit the best hands down!
