I am writing this review to address the issues of wait staff and customer service, simply because the message has fallen on deaf ears. I sincerely ask the management publicly: do you guys see the problems at this place? Are you reading the reviews that echo ours? Are you hoping for success at Craft Republic? If so; why did our table get neglected after 20 minutes? Why were we offered a free round when that may actually be illegal in NM? Why were bigger parties more important than a table for two?Does the staff or management even care?
We recently had a graduation celebration at Craft Republic and it was wonderful. Easy to arrange the party through emails and calls with very quick responses. They gave us the entire upstairs, allowed us to decorate and the staff and food were wonderful. Great place with a fun atmosphere. (May 2022)
I planned my wife's 50th birthday party here. Sarah was our waitress and she was very attentive and quick. This was our 3rd party in the upstairs area and I would highly recommend coming here. Great food, great service and even the manager came to check on us. Very reasonably priced.
Bouncers instigate fights here!! My group of friends and I witnessed 4 fights on a Tuesday night because most of the security here have poor judgment. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. We don’t feel safe here and won’t be coming back. There’s a valid reason why this establishment has 3.7/5 star reviews which is below average at best.
The food was ok, the drinks weren't worth the money. There were only 7 people in the place and most of them were sitting at the bar, we sat at a table. We almost left because we sat in an empty place for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged, as we were about to leave our waitress left the table she was sitting at with her fiends to get us a menu. After that it seemed like we were bothering her the entire time she came over to our table because she would rather sit and socialize with her friend instead. We used to come here a lot and the service was super friendly and the food and drinks were great, now, I just wouldn't recommend it to anyone; I'm not sure how it has the rating it has because it's definitely not even close to 3.7 star worthy anymore.
Went on a Thursday night the beginning of the NCAA basketball tournament. They had a major Rush from Mexico State Alumni playing UConn. Service started a little slow due to the big wave of people, employees work hard and kept a good attitude till they were caught up. Had a delicious Philly sandwich and a few Guinness Stouts. The store manager Mike was very impressive making sure everybody was taken care of and resolving any issues due to Long Waits in the beginning. Will return, probably during the third round of the NCAA tournament
First visiting Restaurant and Albuquerque and really enjoyed it… The food and drinks were great. I loved the atmosphere if I ever visit Albuquerque again I will definitely come back…

Waiter came to our table once and gave us menus walked away and never came back waited about 20 minutes because they were busy but they ended up helping a table who had barely sat down instead of us
Not your traditional sit down restaurant or bar experience. Very laid back atmosphere with high-top seating, pool tables, and good food/drinks! You can expect to seat yourself upon coming in, and you’ll be greeted pretty quickly. The staff are awesome and super friendly, only downside was there were more people there than staff so wait times were a little longer than average (about 2 hours for one round of drinks and one appetizer per person). Unfortunately the pool table was being used by the same people for the 2 hours we were there, so we didn’t get to play. Lastly, the music was awesome, but we were confused as the speakers went in and out with volume the entire time? Not sure if it was a blown speaker system or if it was done on purpose. Overall though, great late night bar spot.
