Ordered breakfast to go and it was completely disgusting. Pieces of bacon were uncooked and flavor was extremely bland. I ordered the loaded hash brown casserole, the entree NOT the side and it is advertised online with green onions and tomatoes. Those were missing and I was given a much smaller portion. The sweet baked potato is advertised with pecans and pecan syrup, those are missing from my potato as well and it’s too salty. They must have hired new cooks and been trained not to pay attention or care for customers, same with the staff. They never answer curbside orders anymore and will be standing at counters talking & laughing, you have to interrupt them to be assisted.

I was REALLY hoping to have a good experience. Placed order online and checked in online for curbside pick up. Was supposed to be picked up at 8:19. At 8:36 I had to finally call and ask if my order was ready and advised the girl I checked in online and her response was, well if it doesn't work you need to call. Um how do you know if it didn't work if it confirms that I was checked in!! You can't call the customer as a courtesy rather than let their food get cold? Also, if the chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken says BROWN GRAVY, please don't smother it with white. That's basic common sense!

Where to start?!?! 30 minutes and still waiting for our food. 7 minutes to even take our drink/dinner order. 5 minutes to get our drinks. Two tables who were seated after my party both have received their food and have been tended too. 32 minutes and our food finally came. Manager told me to have patience and they are doing the best they can. I get it, but at least check on your guests. Bring them something to snack on. Make sure their drinks are topped off. Something. Definitely not happy at all. This used to be my go to spot when I'm in town, but they have lost me as a customer. Update: not a single person came to check on us the whole time - before, during and after. Manager took my order off the check which is the least they could've done. Went to pay and the girls were chit chatting in the front like high school girls. No greeting, or how was your experience. Nothing from them. They just look at you and stare another direction. Very disappointed!!

One of the most enjoyable places I've ever been to is cracker barrel. On this trip myself and one other were there to enjoy a meal. My food taste it off especially the fries and eggs, which tasted like they cooked other foods prior to my meal. The staff was wonderful, very kind very understanding. Only thing is there were not as attentive is that I would like to be, my drink ran out a couple times and it took a little while before they noticed

Had to wait over 50 minutes to be seated at 10am in the morning. Suspected it would be a wait. Had a mimosa and it was not what was expected $5.99 a very small glass. Waitress forgot about us at one point. Could tell it was short staffed but food arrived quickly after they realized we had been forgotten. Food was good. Do not get the grits.. some things are best made at home.

First time ever in a CB. Came with my cousin I picked up in TX ? on our way back to my state CA ? and he loves this place. He got the ? steak, rare. I got the hamburger steak. Both were good. Levi was our waiter and was super awesome and efficient. I see why my cousin likes it. Its a nice vibe and there are lots of retro sodas and other knick knacks available for purchase. Glad were finally getting one in Bakersfield.

We always prefer this location off of Pan American freeway and San Antonio in Albuquerque New Mexico, conveniently located with easy access to I-25. The staff is always courteous and attentive to every detail. The store is always clean well organized and fun to shop or even just to enjoy looking around. The food of course is always fresh and delicious and one of our favorite places to eat without a doubt. We kindly thank the staff for a great job done.

Two factors that made me give this place one star: Bad Service and undercooked food.Bad service; the waitress was not very attentive. We had to repeatedly ask for napkins and silverware. The silverware was dirty (not the waitresses fault). Our waitress also had a bad attitude, when we would ask for something she would walk off without letting us finish our sentence.Undercooked food speaks for itself. We managed and ate around the undercooked food to not bother the moody waitress. All I expect is standard service. I get that waiters and waitresses are under-appreciated, underpaid, and overworked but we (customers) pay for service and are also under-appreciated, underpaid, and overworked.

Great food nice environment

We had the worst service that we ever received from any location at this restaurant yesterday. We had a party of 6 and after ordering we waited a longer than normal time for our food. During that time the waitress didn’t refill our drinks once or offer to bring out the bread early. In fact, we didn’t even see her. When the food was finally brought out, one of the entrees was wrong and 3 sides were missing from other entrees. And we didn’t get any of the jams we had requested with the bread. They finally corrected all the mistakes but the waitress was pretty rude about it. We later found a hair on one of the plates but didn’t say anything because we were afraid of how the waitress would respond. This was to celebrate my daughters birthday since her favorite restaurant is Cracker Barrel. We won’t be coming back to this location.
