I’m leaving my review here since I am not able to contact you via the form on your site…My husband chose to dine at your establishment for Father’s Day. It took a bit to be seated and we understood the demand due to the holiday. After a 40 min wait for a table (party of 4), we ordered rather quickly so we could eat, we were starving! It took another hour practically for our food to come out! The waiter apologized a few times saying they’re “backed up” and our food is coming soon. I wasn’t impressed when it finally did come out, my tenderloin medallions were over cooked and dry (I ordered them medium rare). My sons burger was also over cooked and appeared to have been sitting a while due to the way the cheese was hardened on top. We ate since we were already starving and were eager to leave the place. We had to flag down another staff member to grab our waiter for the check. The cherry on top of it all was getting sick immediately after and needing to head home because of it. Overall, this was the worst experience and sadly my very first, dining at your establishment. We spent over 2 hours there and it was not worth one single minute.
Previous to the last time I ate at this restaurant the food was decent and the service was good. The last time I went there the service was good at every table EXCEPT ours. One table near us (same waiter) was seated as we ordered our meals. Eventually they were ordering dessert and still no sign of our food. The restaurant wasn’t anywhere near capacity, and was adequately staffed for the number of tables. It’s not like BBQ is cooked to order, and we ordered nothing that we couldn’t see being brought punctually to ALL the other tables. No, we didn’t make any special requests.So what was different about our table? What was different than all those past times I had received decent service? Well, this time I was seated at the only table with an interracial couple. Yeah…..that. The only reason racists get one star reviews is that there is no zero star option. Things didn’t work out with B. But at least I learned about one place that doesn’t deserve my custom.I know that some people (bless their hearts) will be offering every possible excuse that the service wasn’t even close to the usual standard. And you know what? Any other time, at any other restaurant, if there was a perfect storm and the service was even close to this slow, the manager would show up (unbidden) and the drinks, the dessert, or maybe even the whole meal would be comped. That’s what they do for people they want to see again. That’s what they do for white people like me when I’m with other white people like me.This is a real thing. It’s a way of discriminating that racists have figured out is very difficult to prove….not impossible, though, as Cracker Barrel found out.
Arrived at the restaurant at 530. The hostess told us it would be 30 minutes for our party of 4 which we all thought was reasonable and we didn't mind. An hour goes by and they still haven't seated us. We checked in with the hostess and we're told we were next on the list. She proceeded to seat everyone around us as we waited there. We checked in again to ask why we couldn't get seated if we were next on the list and she told us to wait and we would be next. Long story short we waited nearly 2 HOURS for a table for 4. We left and spent our money elsewhere. What a disappointment.
We had dinner on a Sunday night. They hsat us promptly. Our server was young and courteous. 2 of us ordered chicken or Turkey. The server came back 3 times to tell us that they were out of chicken and then turkey(?) so we decided on green chile pork loin. Guess what...they were out of pork loin! Hmmmm. Looking around, it didn't seem that other tables were out of anything! They finally brought our meals out, but it was so disappointing. The portions were small , the bbq sauce was not very tasty, tasted like something from off the grocery store shelf. Everything was off, except the prices-high.

Great food I moved out here from Florida haven’t had a better smoked meat yet. Definitely highly recommend this restaurant especially if u want a cold beer also???

Awful BBQ. Beef ribs were so dried out and burned we sent them back—only to get a rack even worse. Salmon was also burned and so dry it was hard to swallow. Waiter tried to explain smoking made ribs look dry. No, good smoked ribs don’t look and taste like dried cardboard. Absolutely the worst we’ve ever had, for a fairly high price.
Great barbecue! I enjoyed the tap of the day; which was a smooth Cerveza. We split a brisket tacos appetizer and it was a good indicator that the rest of the meal was going to be quality. Following that I had a 1/2 rack of beef ribs; they use a great rub and the smoke flavor was rich throughout. Good chance I’ll visit again next time I’m in town.
Hadn't been back here for about a year..Just didn't quite seem them same taste wise.. the Hostess didn't even greet us when we walked in the door. - 1 ⭐ Our waitress was very friendly, attentive and looked after our order professionally. My wife said that her steak was perfectly prepared and ate every bite. I had the same Brisket stuffed Jumbo Baked Potato that I ordered my previous visits.. the Brisket was basically tasteless. We will go back again.. maybe it was just an "off day"
